The front desk spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. I travel a lot, and have to say they were the best staff ever. The Hotel is located in a safe area. There were two shopping centers near by. One was 2 blocks away and the other was 6 blocks way. One block away is the Japanese Garden. The Hotel had a great breakfast.

Slow and intermittent Internet, windows are uninsulated and leak like a sieve.

I was disappointed in particular compared to the hotels that they have next to the airport. The cleanliness was not as it should be.

Very clean and the staff was very pleasant and efficient. A nearby hotel serves as a landmark making it easy for the traveler unfamiliar with the city to find their way home. Excellent choice.

Staff (reservations department) is inflexible and refused to help me correct a reservation that I mistakenly did, resulting in me losing one night stay. In essence, they took my money for one night I hadn't used.

This hotel its in a very old building, and you can hear the next room bathroom. The bed its not confortable.

Good experience i recomend very clean and the staff is very nice in a nice place very secure

Localização muito boa, equipe de funcionários excelentes, quarto limpo, um bom e gostoso café da manhã.

O pãozinho francês de 50 gramas me pareceu do dia anterior. Em outros hotéis que nós hospedamos, a alimentação do café da manhã sempre é um dos atrativos do hotel. Neste quesito o hotel precisa melhorar. A equipe de profissionais merece aplausos.

Quarto muito apertado, ficamos duas noites e não trocaram as toalhas, tive que reclamar . Estacionamento péssimo, super apertado mal cabia nosso carro. Café da manhã nada especial, bem fraquinho.

A equipe do hotel foi muito solícita em nossa estadia, inclusive nos ajudando com dicas de passeios e locais para comer. O quarto estava limpo, tivemos problemas com o dispenser do shampoo que logo foi resolvido, a cama é bem confortável. Vale destacar a localização, que é muito boa mesmo.
