Great hotel in downtown Lisbon. The reception staff were very friendly. Orlando at check-in made it easy, and at check-out, the gentleman who helped us get a taxi at 7am local time on the 12th of July was very helpful, helped with bags and spoke to the taxi on the phone and in person. Breakfast was generous and good. The entire family enjoyed it. We got a spacious room over 65 square meters in size. Fridge was good to have, same for microwave, toaster and silverware. All in all, my family and I enjoyed the stay, at a hotel that felt clean and safe, yet accessible from a good location near Principe Real

Loved everything about our stay!!! Room was perfect and beds so comfortable! For being in Europe the room was spacious and super comfortable for our family of 4! The breakfast was amazing !!! And the staff so friendly and helpful Will be staying here once again when we return To Lisboa !!! Thank you so much for an Unforgettable stay.

I stayed here with a group of friends/families and we enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was a great stay from start to finish. Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Loved our stay here as a family of 3 . Amazing spacious room. Good blackout curtains and AC. Close to everything though it's in top of a hill. Never used the rooftop terrace or the restaurant but it was in a good location. Would definitely return. Just be aware that the bathroom are very inaccessible. If you have a small child or an elderly parent it's a real struggle. We managed in the end but I imagine others may not. If I had a baby for example I would need a separate baby bath There is a great playground for kids just a 10 min walk away x

Generally walkable to various happening parts of town though not in the middle of the action. Staff pretty nice and helpful. Minus points include no in house laundry facility though this is more of an apartment style hotel. If you have a very sensitive nose like me, some of the smells may slightly bother you. But maybe that's the case in most places like this.

The stay was amazing! The reception crew was super supportive, knowledgeable, and spoke English very well. The hotel is super modern, great location and very convenient for visiting Lisbon.

Room was fine, tired but fine. No shampoo or conditioner, one bottle water provided on the first of 3 nights for 3. Hotel offered to do a cupcake or something with a candle for my daughter’s birthday and then backed out due to our celebration of her day was a few days early from her actual birthday. Seriously! When I asked gentleman at front desk he was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the hotel offering this on the first place.

Amazing staff and room and location. Over the power outage they were composed and supported guests within their capacity. Highly recommend!

Lovely clean property that looks dogs, very friendly staff, everything was easy and effortless and a nice selection for the buffet breakfast. Really great location too.

Really enjoyed the stay there!

We had a great stay! The staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. We were able to check in a little early and received a room upgrade. This was our first time in Lisbon so the front desk shared tourist recommendations for a more personalized experience. All around an excellent accommodation!

This is a lovely hotel style apartment close to many great restaurants and local boutique stores in downtown Lisbon. Highly recommend for families.

A perfect stay! The apartments were absolutely fantastic. Great size, perfect equipment. Lots of pillows to choose from (which is a must). The cleaning team were leaving flats in a pristine condition every day, and staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Having hesitated between hotel and apartment, we have not regretted our choice. It’s very nice to have breakfast in the room and be able to walk back from dinner and chill in the living room. The location of the property is a short walking distance from avenida Liberdade, also 10 minutes walk from Bairro Alto, and less than five minutes to Aldi. Bear in mind the city is very hilly and pavements are all paved - good walking shoes in order, and forget heels!

Good and clean place. Staff is friendly too Rooms are not too big and kitchen and gadgets could be useful like a dishwasher n washing machine would be useful when u book aparthotel.at this price comfort should be offered
