Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again.

Rooms are old needing a lot of maintenance.

This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Excellent location.

Great for families perfectly located and the water park is a great perk. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Rooms a bit cramped and uncomfortable but overall a good value and experience

Rooms on fourth floor are being renovated, so lots of construction going on right now. Breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible, great selection of food. Staff spoke very little English, but we managed. Check in and check out were fast. The location is very close to the beach, but not very safe at night.

This hotel was everything I could have asked for! It's beautiful,close to the beach, the food was great, the bar fantastic!

The hotel was busy during my stay. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is very good but I did not find it particularly relaxing with all the people buzzing around looking for a free table. Apart from that this is a no-frills, very functional hotel which is generally clean and well maintained. It's main advantage is its proximity to the beach. All in all, I have no complaints and would stay here again.

This hotel needs maintenance. Things don't work. Some of the rooms smell of mildew. The breakfasts are good and most of the staff are fine. They only speak Portuguese, which can be problematic, but they try. Our biggest problem with the hotel is that they did not understand that we had paid for our stay using an internet booking agency and charged our credit cards for the rooms again. We thought we had explained be problem to them with the help of Google Translate and they said they would sort it out. They did nothing, however, and when we left they asked for more money because they said they hadn't charged us enough when we checked in. We explained it all over again to the same manager and he again said he would do something but there is no evidence that he is doing anything. Our stay therefore cost us over $700 more than we had expected. We have appealed to the internet booking agency (a well known agency) to try to get back at least some of this money.

weak wi fi, breakfast options minimal, no good place to work. Overall, this is a suitable hotel for the people taking a vacation on a budget and willing to pay no attention to details like the musky smell that is present all over the hotel. Air conditioning on the public areas is bad. Like I said, ok place to spend vacation on a tight budget, not a good place to go for business.

Atendimento maravilhoso todos atenciosos e já retornamos 3 vezes.

Razoável, pelo preço pago. Café da manhã e jantar (meia pensão) estavam sempre ótimos e bem diversificados. Infraestrutura e conforto ainda deixam um pouco a desejar. Climatização central um pouco barulhenta e muito gelada, mesmo regulando o termostato.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O prédio não é muito bem manutenido. Participei de um simpósio no hotel e deu tudo certo.

O hotel é bem localizado em ponta negra e oferece acesso a praia, bem como espaço com piscina e recreação apropriados para crianças. Os funcionários foram sempre atenciosos, o café da manhã é bom, oferecendo boa variedade de opções. Certamente podemos voltar no futuro.
