El Baño apestaba a drenaje,la recepciónista muy grosera,no dejaban toallas limpias,muy pesimo el Servicio

Our room was clean and the staff was nice. You need to bring your own slippers.

Reserved a room last minute at night due to flight cancellations. Very grateful for the staff to accommodate my overnight check-in. Based on the price I paid, this was a great place to stay. The breakfast was good and I felt comfortable staying there. The A/C sounded worn out with squeaking noises, but it worked fine and quickly cooled the room on a humid day. My only issue was with the Wi-Fi, for some reason at night it just doesn't work and during the day it sometimes goes out. I'm not sure if this is an infrastructure issue in the area or if the hotel needs to update their wiring or equipment. I had to work from my room so Wi-Fi was important.

I happen to visit the Guadalajara city on a last minute trip. I was in a need of a room I went to the Marriott. It was $500 per night during my search on the Internet. I found this place and honest to God the truth it’s if it’s not as good as a Marriot it’s an even much better it’s safe it’s clean it’s quiet and it’s a beautiful place. I am so happy I found it and I paid the fraction what I would have paid at the Marriott.

People were nice and the hotel was clean.

The accommodations are a very good value for the nightly rate. In general things were above average. The aspects that could be improved are the following: the quality of the bed pillows, the bathroom door was swollen and dragged loudly against the floor, the shower door did not have a latch to keep it shut, the closet had no hangers available for the clothing, there were no glasses for water in the room.

Overall the stay was good but the toilet made a noise after flushing.

The lady at check-in was very rude she did not smile one time! We brought our granddaughter and was not expecting that so we asked for two beds and she got all upset… she went and got some man that could speak English and he too did not smile but at least he said it would be $10 more and it was no problem. The lady acted like we committed a crime. The breakfast is almost all Mexican food with powdered eggs… Yuck! The fruit and yogurt was nice though. The overall facilities are somewhat shabby.

Very rude staff. Its hard to give a bad review just based on rudeness, but as a visitor to a different Country, its really tough when the front desk is just cold as Ice. After international travel and jet lag, a "Welcome" or even "hello" could go a long way. You're NOT getting it here.Heres your key, go.

Decent clenliness but the rudest, coldest woman at the front desk check in I have ever seen. If you hate your life and job thsy much, quit.
