Really clean and spacious room with lovely balcony. Warm and helpful welcome even though we were very late

Hotel was empty when we arrived but had to wait 2 hours to check in as they have a strict check in policy. Pool was freezing and far too deep for me as I can’t swim no shallow end. No light on patio only difference between balcony room and junior suite is fridge. No zero beer for non drinkers. Food was awful and in the room you only have paper cups. Bar closes at 10 with no entertainment and no residence bar. There’s places 10 minutes walk away with much better service and food as the staff here are very rude and can’t even crack a smile.

Fabulous hotel. Relaxing visit. Will use this group again.

Very good value in a quiet area just north of Nantes.

We had a car. Not sure how convenient would be if only public transport to get into Nantes which is 9.2 k away. Lovely conference hotel. Staff fab and room lovely. Only niggle would be only access room from 4.00 pm but you can use the pool so only little niggle. Breakfast would be nice if set up rather than large round table where you have to get your own cutlery and food on a tray but again just a small niggle

This hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The location is such that a car is a necessity.

Check in experience was terrible as the reception staff made us feel unwelcome, as per policy they have to take deposit but online it does NOT mention credit card! We have a normal bank card, But staff assumed that we don’t want to pay the deposit and in front other guest they asked us to leave the hotel. It is very embarrassing. Finally they accepted our bank card but the receptionist was so confused who check-in us in and told us the card is not working, he didn’t even inserted the card in the correct machine! I am a hotel reception manager I understand the hotel policy but here at Westotel Staff need some serious customer service training. Over all the hotel is great, room was newly refurbished, free car park. Restaurant & Bar super expensive!

The swimming pool and the surrounding amenities is good and makes for good holidaying.

Very clean and comfy room, and friendly staff who were super helpful. We have also ordered dinner, unfortunately both were very salty and quite expensive for what it is...

Hotel outwardly ok. Rooms dated, strange smell, didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the cleanliness. Found hair showing through bottom sheet. Not good enough for a hotel of this supposed class. Stayed due to Tesla superchargers.

Amazing. Size of room exceptional. Everything from linens to reception were outstanding. Having a frig was great. The only negative was not being able to stay longer.

Stayed here while travelling from the south of france to the ferry port in cherbourg. After 500miles/8 hours on travelling, this hotel was perfect to regenerate. Clean, spacious, comfort. Would highly recommend in a heartbeat
