Very quiet, and clean. Good beds as well. Only issue was that we wanted to have dinner and the reception informed us that the restaurant was fully booked. We tried our luck and went straight to the restaurant and saw there were lots of empty tables. We had dinner there without any problem.

Rooms are a bit dated, and could be cleaner (especially the carpet). No staff service elevator, cleaning staff gave itself priority to use the elevator before waiting guests (pregnant, with a child and luggage/stroller) not a very good look.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family, in 2 rooms. The entrance level, comprising of the hotel reception, restaurant and bar were modern and immaculate but our floor, floor 4, the rooms were a complete contrast to this. There were many big black stains on the carpet in both rooms. The bathrooms were not clean in both rooms.

Gorgeous surroundings and easy check in. The restaurant was brilliant, staff were friendly and chatty, and the bar was very welcoming.

Lovely and quaint, but just a bit dated. Clean rooms, nice dining facilities

The rooms were fine but the service in the grand cafe on Friday evening was not good. Slow, wrong order, not all options available and service from Martin was not friendly at all.

Quiet and rural, actually has Forest around it! With hiking trails. Also bike rentals and picnic lunch services.

Lovely hotel with great surroundings.

The rooms don’t match the hotel exterior and lobby; it’s extremely misleading. The rooms are basically dorm rooms and the rest of the hotel is nice modern artistic hotel. The nature surrounding the hotel is simply amazing.

The hospitality is incredible here! We also got to eat well with the high-quality breakfast buffet before heading to Defqon.1

Arrived at 4.30pm on buisest day of the year to be told they had oversold the rooms and that my booking was cancelled. Stay away.

Reception was very quick and helpful; the room was in good order (although the carpet was quite stained); breakfast was 5*. Overall a good experience.

Nice location, nice town

All ok

The check in was nice and quick. The room that we got was outdated, and had a real "closed" smell in it. Additionaly, the walls and ceiling was full of hanging dust and corps of dead insects... We complained and received immediately a different room, also dated but a lot cleaner but with that same smell. We didn't want to open the window fearing of insects and mosquitoes. Breakfast is nice, easy parking and good service.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our only regret was that we booked one night, when we asked about staying a 2nd night we found out it was fully booked. Definitely recommend.
