The hotel is very reasonably priced, and the service is impeccable. From the security guard to the receptionists and cleaning staff, everything was excellent. When I arrived with luggage, the security guard assisted me until check-in, and the receptionists were very helpful. They even called to check if the room was suitable before I arrived. The housekeeping staff were very polite and cleaned the room very thoroughly. They also assisted with my luggage until I left and got into the car.

Considering the price, A25 is great. My room was a bit small but fully equipped and very well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and lovely. Breakfast was also good. I stayed here for 6 days, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

I booked a superior room of 30m2 as introduced but in fact the room was very small. The toilet does not have a bathtub, I asked the staff, and the answer was "advertisement must be like that, and so are other hotels".

Phòng cực bé không giống trên hình, mình đặt phòng 25m2 mà được nhận phòng có hơn 10m2, nói thì lễ tân bảo chị tự hỏi lại bên online agent:), thái độ lễ tân rất khó chịu như mẹ mình vậy, khách sạn 3 sao mà cái mùi mước hoa dọn phòng nồng như cái nhà nghỉ rẻ tiền, ăn sáng cực ít món, nói chung sẽ không bao giờ có lần thứ 2 ở khách sạn này! Phí tiền!
