Staff is not friendly

Amazing place

Amazing property with friendly and very attentive staff. Has an amazing view from their rooftop restaurant not to mention the food, highly recommend this laal mass.

When you arrive the hotel front / reception is very impressive. The rooms are a little tired and need updating. The fridge in the room ( Room 2205 )doesn’t get cold. The tables in the breakfast/dining area need cleaning properly with soapy water / detergent - instead the staff just seem brush any remains/crumbs from the previous diners onto the floor. Also the prices in the bar/restaurant are quite high meaning that very few people use it to dine or for alcohol - surely it would be better to reduce the prices and get more people through the door - it’s simple economics.

Evrything was bad... this is for wedding guest only.. please don't book if you are on vacation ... they will not let you rest and will give you complementary wedding music whole night....

Unsanitary rooms and poor service. Our room had visible mold, dirty bathroom surfaces, water damage, and clear signs of long-term wear. We were moved, but the same issues remained, showing this was not isolated. Service and accountability were lacking—concerns were not handled with urgency, and management offered only repeated room changes instead of real fixes. We were forced to check out early and relocate at our own expense. This is not about preference; it’s about cleanliness, maintenance, and responsibility. For a hotel at this price point, this was unacceptable.

I had a reservation for 2 nights , room that I was given , was dirty and infested with roaches, after complaining they moved me to another room which looked better , but it was next to a wedding and the music played till 2 am at night and I really couldn’t sleep, ended up checking out after one night , will not recommend this property at all .

The resort had potential, but my stay was disappointing due to several issues. The WiFi connection was unreliable, constantly cutting in and out, and my room key stopped working almost every day, which was frustrating. Additionally, there was only one hand towel provided, and the overall room amenities were below expectations. Unfortunately, I did not find the experience up to standard.

We booked Radisson Blu for a night and the stay was terrible. First of all they made us wait for more than 15mins for check-in and even at 245pm were saying room is not ready and no time commitment when it will be ready. Post that they assigned a room which was decaying and instead of a supposed lake view had view of garbage. Bad experience

It was a memorable and pleasant stay.

We initially thought in premise bicycles are complementary as advertised on site but it was not that was little disappointing

The entire hotel was super crowded due to a marriage event being hosted. Multiple areas were inaccessible due to the event. The event also blocked the other guests cars. The front desk was rude on the checkin and we had to wait for a day to get adjacent rooms. The issue resolved only after talking to the duty manager. Duty manager was understanding and helped resolve. There were trash cans right opposite our rooms. Overall, it ruined 1 day of our 3 day trip. Breakfast and the dining staff was good.
