This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept my money and moved on! There movers and cheaper a hotels closest to the Main Street. I ended up staying in Apartments Sal Rossa where they helped me out and let me stay for the night with no issue even though they have a 3 night minimum stay.

Pros: Great location, clean and attractive common areas, and very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet, food in Ibiza is not great. Cons: Pool and bar close early, rooms have a musty smell, bathrooms feel dated, shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making showers uncomfortable, mattresses are very firm, AC controls are difficult to see, and the mini fridge barely keeps items cool. There were tiny bugs but not bed bugs. Overall, this hotel is okay if you’re mainly using it as a place to sleep while spending most of your time out exploring. I spent quite a bit of time in the room and noticed several comfort and maintenance issues that affected my stay. The common areas are much nicer than the guest rooms, which could use some updating.

The lamp in the front room was too low. I would always hit my head on it. For 2 people with a few bags of luggage, there isn’t enough storage room so we just left our luggage on the floor or couch. The bathroom also had minimal space for cosmetics and whatnot.

I had not heard of this hotel before but it was centrally located in Playa den Bossa area and easy to walk places such as Ushuaia, Hi Ibiza as well as the beach. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. There is no elevator so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. Overall a great stay. I would return to this hotel.

This hotel will be good if it was in range of 100-150 EUR. 1) bed was really not good. 2) bathroom was bad kept, not clean. Instead of body was or shampoo they only had hand wash liquid. 3) no room service 4) no vegan options in breakfast 5) staff was friendly 6) noisy as building is old and people will party till late. I would avoid if the the hotel is high priced.

Definitely on the edge of a 4 star property... The place is clean and pool/staff are awesome. It's a 5 min walk from Hi Ibiza and the middle of Platja d'en Bossa. A really nice hotel at a good price point.

Beautiful stay. Friendly staff, beautiful hotel! The best hotel I have stayed in in ibiza. Modern decor, great location - short walk to the beach and the big clubs - Hï and Ushuaia.

The property was a little older, but the overall staff and maintenance of the property was good. The area is a party area, so it is within walking distance of the bigger night clubs. The rooms aren’t very big, but are a decent size. I am in a wheelchair and was able to get around the room, but it was a little tight in some places. My chair is not very big, but someone in a bigger chair would have a harder time. The bathroom was excellent for accessibility and very easy to use. The staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything that was needed. Overall this was a good experience.

Love my stay, had the Coachella suite being that I'm from California I felt at home, the day time pool bartender( Brazilian woman) was amazing super friendly and nice. Enjoyed my time at her bar. Hope to be back in Ibiza soon!

Where do I begin, arrival pool area looked relaxing. First issue we had to carry our 2 big luggage ups to the 2nd floor, once we got into our room it was hot, the AC is horrible ( we had to push our beds to opposite side so we can feel AC to sleep) room was small, found a hair under sheets, stained sheet be, two twin beds pushed together not comfortable, toilet seat had old stains. I was so mortified with everything. Went down to complain got no apology they couldn’t switch room since it was sold out All they did was bring us new sheets. We were hungry after long day of travels but there is no food after 5:30pm. This is not a 4 star by any means, I was so happy to leave I will never recommend this hotel.
