The staff are friendly and helpful. It's close to the station, 7-Eleven, and a cute little park. It was a lovely stay! The lobby is super clean as the rooms are. A pleasant stay!

The location is very close to Kyoto station. Also near to Seven Eleven and bic camera. The Japanese breakfast is delicious. Worth every penny.

The location is very close to Kyoto station. Near the bic camera, Sevel, and Lawson. If you want Japanese restaurants or snacks, just hop in to Porta Dining at the Kyoto Station. Ramen, udon, sushi, tempura, you name it. The lobby and room is also quite large (comparing to apa ginza, this one is spacious). And also more Japanase breakfast choices.

The hotel is clean, near the mini market, only the rooms are small, making it difficult to open luggage. But I love the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station, the bus terminal, the staff is very friendly & sincere, if you are alone, the size of the room is just right, like most rooms in Japan are small. There is a good water heater, and a room heater that you can set yourself. self check in & for breakfast, if you stay more than 2 days, maybe the menu is boring, but overall I like & satisfied.

Very clean hotel and very near from the station. Although the type of room is relatively small, but cleanliness is very thumbs up. All necessities and facilities are all there. No need to bring shampoo, hairdryers, towels or nightgowns, because everything is complete every day with new items. Very satisfy!

Good but the hotel is hard to find, there are no signs to the hotel. There are full bathroom amenities.
