We love our stay in Valentin Playa de Muro. Our kids enjoyed and have their own beds to sleep. We've been here last 2022 when they were 2 years old and now they celebrate their birthday last night. The staffs are so nice and friendly. Our stayed so wonderful and so quiet place. We definitely will be back again. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff and great rooms

This was our 5th stay at this hotel (whereof 2 with current brand), since we really like the concept and location. We had the breakfast and dinner package. Food is great value for money! The hotel is clean, tidy and well managed. The stay was, unfortunately, not without it's flaws: * The wine list was decent, but unfortunately where several wines from the list not available when we tried to order them. * At all our previous stays did we get a bottle of water in our room at check-in. Not this time. Great when you have a late check-in ;-) * Our bungalow wasn't equipped with a sunbed when we checked in, thus we told the reception. We had to remind them and it took 48hrs before it was delivered. * Due to a heavy rain where we unable exit our bungalow for a full day (9 hours) without wading in dirty water. Thus there was no cleaning in our bungalow during that day. Better draining or better/more pumps needed. * Pool towels are 7€ each + 1€ per change. A bit pricey.

The stay was fantastic, very nice, clean and modern bungalows. We stayed in one of the golden bungalows. Good quality beds. Nice and friendly staff. Pool was also good, I would recommend everyone if they are looking for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast was good, lot of choices Diner buffet was ok but not fantastic. You can walk to town but it is still 20min and the first part of the road is busy. But overal this place is fantastic and I would book it again.

Great location, confortable beds, great food ans cocktails and the staff is extremely friendly !! We will definitely come back!

For a family or a group holiday, this resort might be just the thing. Further, perhaps if you are keen cyclists, this resort could work well. It was convenient to have a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. There is a tennis court and playground. I liked having a private covered patio attached to our cabin. The breakfast buffet was immense and varied. I especially liked the fruit and fresh blended fruit juices. The resort is not on the beach. One needs to cross a road and then walk thru a natural area before getting to the beach. It isn't far but it isn't right across a street either. The hotel does have a bus stop nearby. As a couple, this wasn't the best option for us. However, we would consider returning with a group or with our children.

They were detached so no noise from other people .would not recommend for coeliac . As an English speaker staff could not understand when talk to them . Did not understand coeliac disease and cross contanmation and i hadcoeliac spanish card explaining

We got a free breakfast. Great value for money. Well maintained but the service from staff was what really stood out. They really went beyond expectation.

This was our 4th trip to this hotel. Earlier in the season so the heated pool was perfect. We stayed for 7 nights this time and the half-board selection/variety was great. Very peaceful and relaxing break.

Very convenient, great facilities, lovely staff, wonderful food. The quiet area is a very nice touch too. Excellent value. One drawback was the apartments you stay in need a updating and a thorough clean. Ours had a strange smell when you walked in and the fridge also wasn’t very good/broken...

They charge EUR 7 for Beach Towel for a week. If you stay for a shorter duration you still pay. They have charged a premium as a nicer hotel already why would they charge this pittance amount to annoy travelers.

Such a relaxing holiday with great food, amazing staff and everything you need within walking distance.

Good location, friendly staff, all guests get their own little bungalows with terrace ;)) , walking distance to the beach, and supermarket. Give you a good feeling, I have most of the time stayed in 4-5 stars hotels, but this hotel give you the relaxation and feeling comfortable, you wont get from 5 star hotel, trust me, :)

We have stayed here 3 times now. The food and facilities are excellent. It is full of families with kids but no screaming or shouting parents. Such a calm and relaxed place to stay.

We booked this hotel, on a bed and breakfast basis, last minute and were a little apprehensive due to its 3 star rating. However it definitely exceeded expectations. Staff, both in reception and the restaurant, are professional and friendly. The bungalow was basic but clean and air conditioned. The two pools are a really good idea, one being set up with lanes for a 'proper' swim, away from the family fun pool. Most days we tended to go to the beach, a short walk away, but on the days we used the hotel facilities there was no problem getting sun beds. Breakfast was very nice, lots of fresh fruit etc. We booked a shared shuttle bus through Expedia from the airport and it was a 2 hour 45 minute journey, on retrospect we would definitely have paid extra for the private shuttle or taken a taxi. Overall we had a relaxing weeks holiday, in pleasant surroundings by a lovely beach, in a nice hotel.

We enjoyed the private bungalows. Good location near the beach, and two great pools. Fantastic breakfast!
