The place is basic but very clean & comfortable. Management is very friendly & accommodating. Excellent dining & boulangerie NW on Avenue Du Médoc at bus stop le Vigean or boulangerie & pharmacie SE at tram stop Champ de Courses - Treulon.

To far from Boudreaux. Out of remote areas. The staff needs to be better and knowleadge in giving directions . Not much attraction at this hotel. Sign visibility is bad for guest to come . Must update the service to better appreacite on from guest.

pleasant hotel not to far from the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was basic but adequate for an overnight stop over on our way back to the UK

This Hotel need a very urgent update on the rooms, they are very old and need a refreshment indeed!

We stayed here on the way through to Portugal , lovely staff who spoke good English. Just what we needed as we had our dog with us. Breakfast ok. We had booked to stay here again three weeks later on the way home, the lady at reception did not speak a lot of English and was not helpful. I asked for a room with air con as it was extremely hot and our dog was panting quite a lot in that tiny room but she just shook her head at me.

it would have been nice to know we could use an automatic check=in machine when the reception was closed. This would have affected our journey.

Terrible place. Plastic shower room, smelling of must. Small and uncomfortable beds. A depressing place unless you only want a bed and want to (barely) upgrade from camping

This hotel is ideal for a stop-over,very clean and comfortable room and very cheep.Bordeaux Centre was a bus ride away,would recommend.

This hotel was cheap and cheap is what you get. I can only be thankful that it was just for one night, as the room, while being warm, dry and comfortable had what can best be described as a portaloo in the corner for the ensuite! It was quite a distance from any restaurants for dinner. When we arrived there was no-one around to check in, so we had to go away and come back at 5:30pm (3 hours). It looked rundown and the surrounding area didn't look inviting at all. I would not recommend this at all.

I stayed at hotel Balladins because I was looking for a place that was car friendly and provided easy access to the Chateaux. This seemed to fit the bill nicely, and it did. Located in Eysines, rather than at the airport, the hotel is convenient to several restaurants (all within walking distance). The room was clean, but basic. I did not like the fact that the room didn't have air-conditioning and the wc was inconveniently configured.
