Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.

Super nice. They have parking available on site but it is a bit tight. Close to the historic center.

Nice and convenient

Apartment spacious. Very hot. No air-conditioning. Clean but at first glance. Floors not so clean. Dust on top of fridge etc. Chair fabric badly worn and coming apart. Set up confusing as one lift then a corridor to another lift. Garage convenient €15/night. Staff very friendly. Short walk to old town down a ateep hill.

Spacious, location is convenient. We had a good experience. I would recommend though, instalment of air conditioning.

Clean and comfortable apartment accommodation (my apartment matched the photos show) just a few minutes walk from the Casco Viejo old town area and 15-20 minutes walk from central Bilbao. The receptionist was friendly and no problems were encountered during my 3 night stay. Air conditioning (or some sort of fans!) would have been nice as the temperature hit the mid 40s during a heatwave. Walking to the apartments involves a short uphill walk but if you don't fancy this catch the Bilbobus 77 or 40 from stops in the city centre and around the old town (0.66€ when using a Barik travel card). Would happily stay here again.

Stay was great. I was late checking in. I arrived at the hotel at around 11PM. Receptionist was no longer there, but Edgar picked up the phone and helped me get to the parking and to my apartment. Edgar is a great guy.

Helpful staff and clean. The double bed was really uncomfortable and had old springs which creaked with every move. The toilet didn’t flush with the press button so we just took the lid off. We didn’t have spare time to get this fixed.

Apart-hotel. Location was not bad, but a bit farther from the restaurants and shopping and museums than I would have liked. Still walking distance, but through a rough section of town. The building was clean, but the apartment was showing its age. All of the furniture was IKEA type and old, not the most comfortable. Appliances were older also and no dishwasher. Overall is was ok. The price could be a bit better given the conditions and distance from city centre.

They told us that check in was 3pm we arrived at 3pm and had to wait around until nearly 4pm to check in.

Air conditioner wasn’t working and the bed was uncomfortable.

Plenty of space for two and not far from centre of town. Parking available on site.

Apartment was clean, spacious and bright. Location of car park wasn't obvious.

Apartment had everything we needed - staff on hand to assist and easy walk into main area of town.

Clean and functional. No kettle! Beds are the most hideously uncomfortable ever - really really bad

Central location and safe car parking. Apartment we had the main bed was like a camping foldable bed, kitchen chairs shabby.
