Indeed the location of the hotel which was super convenient, yet the staff were unlikely other Japanese hotel front desk staffs: they were not too smiley neither attentive. Knowing that we are not Japanese, they did not explain anything about the room (not like the other Apa Hotel staffs in other cities that we stay); resulting that we have to try and error to set up the heater for quite a while. Otherwise, breakfast was OK and even the old lady in the restaurant was even more smiley than the ones in the front desk.

Room area is very good for families with 2 children under 5 years. Staff is ok, especially when my child is sick, very helpful

Bigger bathtub, small room, uncomfortable bed & the pillow too thin, near station, too little electric plugs (only found 1 in room). One of the receptionist seems drunk.

It's located near Karuizawa Station and Karuizawa, Prince Shopping Mall. The room is very small.

Good price for a standard business hotel in relatively expensive resort town of Karuizawa. Located just 2 minutes walk from the station and there's a bike/car rental in front which is pretty convenient.

Location close to the station, clean rooms. Additional pillows and air purifiers are provided near the elevator. The drawback is that at night there are no restaurants or combinations around the hotel ... at 7 pm it is already quiet in Karuizawa, We recommend that you find a new meal back to the hotel ... in the morning there is a bicycle rental near the hotel. The cost is only 500 jupu for a day of traveling around Karuizawa.
