Good location. Although a good 20 mins to the marina it's flat so easy to manage a brisk walk. Staff very helpful. Stayed in the 3- bed townhouse with 3 bathrooms - excellent with plenty of room.

There was an ant infestation in the rooms. They were all over the walls and floor. There were also insects coming up from the drains. They appeared to be roaches and small flies. Additionally, the smoke detector went off the entire first night. We did not sleep at all. We reported it to the office. They sprayed the room for the ants and fixed the smoke detector the next day. However we lost one entire night of sleep. They did not provide hair conditioner or shower gel. They provided small soaps that seemed old because they crumbled in my hand. I would not recommend this place.

Two bedroom apartment very spacious with everything we needed for a family of 4. Lots of food options within walking distance. Great communication for check in and check out. Would definitely use again.

It’s the small things that make a difference! Half a dozen dishwasher tablets rather than one! A bottle of washing up liquid rather than a sachet. A towel and bed sheet change during the stay, all practical but help keep the property in good order!

Nice and good location

Spacious rooms with amenities which we were looking for - kitchen, laundry, and pool. Although it is very walkable to the CBD, some people may prefer having a car for their stay. They do have rental e-scooters for those who don't want to walk in the rainforest weather

Great accommodation with extremely helpful and lovely staff. Property well maintained. Only complaint would be the pillows but that’s because I’m a pillow snob. Very enjoyable and central to everything. Highly recommended.

Perfect for families, lots of room compared to a hotel.

Spacious but Slightly Inconvenient The apartment is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, it’s a two-storey unit, and reaching the central area of Cairns for dining and activities requires a walk of over 10 minutes. Communication regarding our late check-in was clear and well-handled.

Convenient location-walk to the shops, restaurants, lagoon and marina. Lovely hosts who were exceptionally helpful in assisting us in choosing activities to do. Comfortable beds and lounges. Overall a great place to stay!

Lovely property. We hadn't realised this was a second floor duplex, but simple and comfortable. No issues with room,cairns con in bedrooms. Staff were lovely and very helpful. About ten minutes walk from main street and lots of coffee houses and restaurants within ten minutes on an Uber.

The location is perfect & the size of the rental is amazing! Walkable to anything & such great hosts. The service, flexibility & recommendations were all top notch. Wish we could stay longer!

We loved this townhouse, so spacious and close enough to walk to the esplanade restaurants. Playground down the road for the kids made it a handy location for us
