Beautiful medieval age building, very well preserved and updated rooms and bathrooms. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was a delight!!!

The Hotel looks really nice but !!!! It’s in an ancient part of town with very narrow streets and we were in our Car. There is no parking at the hotel and the whole of the Historic area is covered with cameras which are monitored by the police ! Don’t take a car to this Hotel.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel with amazing linens, spacious rooms , and helpful staff. The visit to the very close medieval town was well worth at least a half day or more.

Hotel is wonderful. In a fantastic location, very helpful staff. Parking a little complex but the hotel is in the old town so don’t let that bother you if you are driving.

Excellent service from the reception staff. The restaurant is excellent. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Great place

Such a gorgeous hotel, right in the middle of the old town. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and clean, and staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and close by, and staff were very helpful providing directions on check in. Such an amazing stay, we would return in a heartbeat.

The room was very warm so we requested lowering the air conditioner temperature and the manager refused saying that based on the outside weather he was not. Inconsiderate of guests comfort and well being.

The only problem is to arrive from the parking lot that is more than 6 blocks from the hotel, we had to load with the suitcases; At the exit to search for the parking lot the road is very difficult, I lost several times.

Room was wore out and with scratches all over the floor. Frame of bathroom door was out. Poor property maintenance. Mini bar not operational - refrigerator not working. Breakfast buffet service was slow and not very friendly. They seemed to be understaffed. Reception personnel was good and friendly.

Very nice hotel, and well situated. The staff excellent.

The restaurant in the hotel served an excellent buffet breakfast. The dinner was absolutely delicious.
