Breakfast is basic but good. Rooms are clean and modern. Good wifi and nice pool area

The location is not the best in Ayia Napa but the rest is incredible for its price. The room condition - like was renovated yesterday and very clean!

I didn’t like the idea of paying for pool towels

It was a pleasant family stay in Loutsiana . We enjoyed the clean pool, not overcrowded and comfy sun beds. Also the breakfast was tasty with many options. The are also options for lunch and dinner in the local restaurant. Its not in city center, but 10 minutes walk to Markonissos beach, couple of minutes walk to supermarket , and a bus stop which will take you to aye napa city center, or to larnaca .

Comfortable, clean rooms. 15 minutes from Ayia Napa bar street by 101 bus which stops right outside the property.

What a fabulous hotel, I had two nights here as I was in Cyprus on an Emergency. I’m not good at reviews but here it goes. First and foremost, two ladies on Reception Maria and Klaus, what can I say other than friendly, professional, compassionate. Everything I needed these two ladies were understanding and outstanding. Getting me within 5 minutes a hire car at 17:00 on a Sunday, arranging me transfers and just being friendly. These two ladies are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you, you made a difficult time so much easier. Staff Everyone is exceptional. -As previously mentioned Klaus and Maria on Reception, the cleaners, bars staff, kitchen staff etc. etc. Whatever the management are doing, I take my hat off to you. Different level of staff, so professional. The Rooms. Safe, Absolutely spotless. Brilliant facilities including well maintained AC and easy to use. Couldn’t fault the rooms. The Hotel. Again absolutely spotless. Many young families here enjoying family time around a spotless pool and garden area. “The whole Hotel is Spotless”. Overall This is an excellent hotel, whatever the management are doing they have it spot on. Brilliant Staff, great food, clean (I mean staff constantly cleaning). This little Hotel on the outskirts of Aya Napa is something special. Keep doing whatever you’re doing, you are a different level to your competitors. Thank you

Beautiful place, easy walking to beach & restaurants. Very calm atmosphere, nice bar & restaurant area for lunch, friendly staff. 10 mins’ drive from Ayia Napa centre.

Great rooms and value

All the staff so lovely, welcoming and attentive. At breakfast the lovely lady that usually looked after the restaurant always remembered our room number and our plates where cleared so fast. They were so happy to give special attention to my two year daughter which also helped to make us feel more relaxed, especially when her attention span for sitting at breakfast run out. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed and were cleaned every day, which was useful after a trip to the beach! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. 👍

Stuff was very frieny and helpful, rooms and all territories in the hotel was sparkling clean (surprisingly clean)

Louisiana Apartments were clean, spacious and the atmosphere around the pool and other areas was really friendly with a wide range of holiday makers. Our party of 10 (2 families of 5) really enjoyed our stay, thank you and we will be back.

Excellent

On arrival we was welcomed and given all the information we needed. The rooms are perfect, there is 2 pools one for younger children and one for all. Plenty of sun beds available. Bar staff always happy to help. Food was amazing value for money and the quality was so good we even invited our friends over one evening to join us for dinner. The local Leon lager on tap I recommend. We will be booking again next year. It’s also walking distance from the water park. Thank you to all the staff. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. food options are very good and reasonable priced. Staff were very friendly. Nice location, bus stop just outside which takes you into Ayia Napa. Reception helped us book excursions which was good. Overall great experience.

All good

Every time you need anything such as shampoo or path gel, you have to visit the reception to collect them while they don’t provide such staff every day. Cups, plates, and other kitchen tools are not cleaned except at arrival and check-in. One room key is provided, and if you forget it inside, the reception will open the room for you using a backup key

Pros:The staff was very polite and helpfull. The room is spacious and very modern decorated. The breakfast was way better than my expectasions. Cons: The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The parking is limited sometimes hard to find especially on busy periods. The hotel is next to Agia Napa waterpark but a bit far from the town making it necessary for a car if you want to go to town or different beach bars(kaliva, isola and nissi beach). Its ideal though for families with small children that want a quiet place to relax with a nice swimming pool and lots of garden for children to play. Overall i have to say that it is a nice excellent maintained hotel ( apartment) and a good value for money. I surely reccomend it!!!!

Hotel was in a great quiet location, deluxe rooms modern and well furnished. All very clean. Good not great but it was end of season. AC took several minutes to start after door was closed which was a slight annoyance. Address and phone number incorrect on booking so spent 45 minutes trying to find it
