Very average. Couldn't find a parking space when I arrived. Dinner finishes at 20:00, obviously this is too early. Shower had mould in it. Breakfast was nothing special, first Hotel I have ever stayed at with no black tea? On the plus side the bed was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a quiet area but still quite close to the city centre. Room was big and comfortable. Nice buffet style breakfast. Very friendly ann helpful staff.

Overall a pleasant stay - a nice and calm location but a bit 'off' so you need to walk a bit for any bars/ restaurants.

Many problems throughout our stay - lobby filled with cigarette smoke despite hotel being “nonsmoking,” no AC in our particular room and they declined to switch us despite being mostly empty, they forgot to clean our room and I eventually had to ask in late afternoon, bathroom didn’t lock, missing lightbulbs, no soap in shower, etc. breakfast was good. But overall an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. There are many better options for the price.

Halden is a nice place to stay and the Hotel very good, perfect internet connection, Free Tesla connection, free breakfast, good fitness center, beautiful surroundings. Cost benefit stay at its top.

This hotel stay was a great experience. the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful.

Fint rum, men kallt vid ankomst, kallt inne på hotellet, fick till o med äta middagen med jackan på. Annars var det bra med parkering & allt annat

Väldigt bra och hemtrevligt. Man skulle ha önskat andra sorters kuddar i sängen, dessa var för stora och tjocka.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung voll ausreichend.

Vi hadde et firenetters opphold, og er svært godt fornøyd. Vil spesielt fremheve et meget hyggelig personale.
