Everything was perfect! Perfect location not far from the city center, close to beach and restaurants, very nice owners and I got a free upgrade. Everything was very clean and the room was spacious and quite. I will definitely come back!

I love this place.It's absolutely adorable.It's like classic.It's like stepping back in time 1970s. Quaint simple with everything that you need and nothing more than you need. It's in the middle of town , you can walk Everywhere. AND I did! Shopping,parks, restaurants and the marinas. It's perfect and the owner's are out of this world! It is like going to you're You're great relatives house in italy It's so charming snd the owners are so great! It feels so authentic to be staying here.It's not fancy... it's PERFECT!

It is what it is, a slightly scruffy 2 star hotel gallantly holding on to what glamour it once had. That said, excellent value for money, the rooms are clean, double glazed (so the busy road outside cannot be heard) is air conditioned, utilitarian breakfast in spacious bar area with terrace. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It is a short but pleasant walk from the centre of sanremo along the bike/footpath.

Stayed there for 1 night in the 25th of October 2013 and liked the place immensely! It was 2 am when I reached the hotel, yet the concierge was very friendly and polite after I woke him up. The room was clean, fairly big for one person; bathroom had everything a sole traveler would need, incl. extra towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer. All that costed me some 35 euros. I didn't use their free WiFi and was too late for the breakfast, though, so can't say anything about that. In short, I was very satisfied with the hotel. One of the best price/value ratio in my travelling experience.

It is a cozy and snug room. It is close to the bicycle road and beach. Giuseppe was really helpful and friendly.
