I loved the breakfast, definitely include it in your stay! Super filling and nutritious. The rooms were also really nice and airconditioned

Amazing hotel with a great spa and pool! The restaurant and breakfast place is also perfect. The room is spacious and clean. The only downside was the toilet - it smelled like sewer, bit this seems more like a structural issue than a cleanliness issue.

Beautiful dining area and a great selection of food on the menu. The pool and spa is perfect, plenty of clean towels dotted around which is very handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with information about the area.

Breakfast was very poor

I only stayed one night . I need to be close to hospital. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

Beautiful place staff are very attentive especially the night porter who has been amazing with myself these past two weeks on two seperate occasions. Spa is beautiful and very clean

Amazing stay

Second stay was not as good as the first. Room was not ready when we arrived. Were then given a dirty room with a broken bed so had to ask to move. Was a bit inconvenient and not really a four star experience second time.

Great and cozy!

Booked 3 nights but stayed 1. The hotel is ok not quite mgallery quality and is quite far from the centre. Near a main road so from our room (the cheapest suite) this was noisy. Mattresses are all memory foam which unfortunately wakes me constantly from the heat. Moved to the Millennium with pocket spring but hard mattress so not much better, try the Sense or Inter

Updated, comfortable and clean hotel. What imakes it stand out from the plethora of luxury hotels downtown is the sraff's exceptional hospitality. Being from the same industry i did appreciate the unbeatable combination of a very comfortable bed, tv with smart view, rainfall shower, scrumptious breakfast with great cofee, beatiful spa and the warm smiles of all the employees eager to help you at any moment. There are policies that are a bit unusual and i havent experienced in other hotels prior but they were no issue once explained.Front desk staff is with excellent communication and customer service skills. English is spoken throughout. The gym and spa area are immaculate with an on call masseurs. The property is located next to a great forest/park, one of the oldest in Sofia and it will take you 30 min to downtown if youre willing to have an adventure. Excellent for traveling with pets. I highly recommend this hotel! It was my home away from home for a week and i will most definitely be back! Thank you Maison

Really nice hotel the staff, rooms, restaurant were great but the gym, pool and spa facilities were brilliant. This will become our default hotel in Sofia

Great place

We arrived after check in time, had to wait over an hour for a subpar room. While getting dinner at the hotel restaurant, they forgot to put in my order completely and we waited over an hour for a replacement (30 mins before anyone checked in). Finally, when we were going to return to the room, we stepped in the elevator and as the door was shutting, multiple cables snapped in front of our eyes. Negative 5 stars wouldn't be low enough for our experience.
