Room was nice and overall stay was fantastic with the view and experience😊

The location is great, 5 minutes from airport. The room was clean but amenities were a problem. The AC unit was blowing air right on the face when sleeping. The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work properly. Water stream was very weak from the showerhead. No body spoke English, hence communication was a problem.

The place was great. I think they only have ten rooms. My only complaint was the only source of lighting besides a tiny lamp which hardly worked in the corner was a very bright center light. If it had a dimmer, or alternative source of ambient light, the place would be so much more enjoyable. Balcony was great. Breakfast was good.

Location is very good. Like the rustic style. The only issue is the water tank in the bathroom 🚽 that fills up slowly.

Exotic hotel in exotic places. I spent one week holiday in the Hotel. Unique, beautiful building in magical beautiful Brazilian beach.The staff are very friendly, the rooftop of the hotel gives a beautiful view from around Ilheus, and the airport, the sea, and the beach. I just love it.😊

For the most part everything was just ok. The included breakfast was great. Service and staff was really good. The hotel is pretty old. The rooms that we stayed in were only ok. Internet was very slow. If they went through and updated the rooms with new beds and other furniture the rooms would be great. Overall not bad but just ok.

Very well operated hotel, staff was courteous and attentive. Restaurant served a variety of local foods and a well appointed breakfast buffet. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained and in a really nice location when visiting Ilheus. Parking is limited and challenging during peak occupancy. I will stay in this hotel on my return to Ilheus.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, na RECEPÇÃO posso destacar a jovem e dinâmica CAROLINA e no CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, LUCIELI sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa! A moça que atende tapioca também muito atenciosa, acho que o nome Janiely. As arrumadeiras também capricharam na limpeza!👏👏👏

Equipe atenciosa, boa infraestrutura e ótima localização

Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer a Equipe(Breno e sua equipe)que preparam conforme combinado uma linda surpresa para a minha esposa, no quarto, pois,era aniversário dela. Na limpeza do quarto a camareira Cíntia(muito obrigado quarto limpo, cheiroso e organizado.) No restaurante o Garçom Genivaldo e Claudeilson pela atenção. A equipe da recepção (em especial ao Kelvin,se não me falhe a memória). Voltaremos em Breve.

Quarto limpo a camareira Cíntia está de parabéns, Banheiro limpo cheiroso com tubos de shampoo e Sabonete líquido no banheiro (muito cheiroso), sabonete líquido na pia do banheiro muito bom. Equipe de funcionários atenciosa, café da manhã muito bom,uma tapioca feita na hora por uma funcionária muito simpática sem contar que o café é servido com uma vista maravilhosa da praia.

Recepção muito boa, quarto 101, cama péssima, colchão com molas cansadas, torto, excelente localização, café da manhã bom. Tive uma resistência para que trocassem o quarto, devido colchão ruim, torto, sem condições de um sono tranquilo, mas superado a resistência resolveram trocar.

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa!
