Room was clean. Pool area was not what was represented in the photos. Hot tub was blocked off. The pool had not been opened yet for the day upon arrival so had to ask more then one staff for assistance only to be laughed at and suggested that I was doing something wrong when attempting to open the door.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was included and was expected, with several options available. The property was well kept. The room was starting to be in need of a minor refresh, with some marks on the walls. Blackout curtains did not provide a full blackout unfortunately. We had a western exposure so the sun was shining directly into the room until sunset. Travelling with a toddler, it was a bit challenging. But lesson learned for next time. We would return if we stopped in Moncton again.

Hotel was fine. Elevator was scary... it worked but felt like at any minute it wouldn't. Rooms were a bit tired. AC was on all night but the room never got cool.

Power was out when we arrived for early check in. Staff were kind and let us get ready for a wedding in the pool room but very unfortunate and no discounts were offered.

No hot tub. Rooms are dated but clean.

Need more choices for the breakfast. And our room smells like old carpets, need to clean the carpet properly.

Ma fille et moi avons adoré notre séjour. Même si le personnel n’est pas tous bilingue, ils sont très professionnels et sympathiques. Les lieux étaient propres, le buffet au petit déjeuner très complet. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour.
