It is a very nice place, but it really needs maintenance. The pool has a lot of tiles missing, there is no food service of any type, not even ice after 300pm. There is a lot of noise coming from the pool machines from the hotel above them.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff very polite and attentive to their guests, especially Isaac!

The only thing that would be a negative is that I got sick and my family came to visit and they would not let them stay just to check up on me.

La alberca es muy cómoda y limpia, una buena opción en estas épocas de calor sería incluir un frigobar, para guardar alimentos en estancias largas

El hotel está un poco escondido y hay que caminar un par de calles de bajada para llegar a él. Con el Valet parking y la recepción todo muy bien. Los precios del menú son muy accesibles, las habitaciones muy espaciosas y cuentan con los básico. Creo que la relación precio calidad es lo esperado. Lo malo: me tocó una habitación del frente de la propiedad, y cruzando la calle hay casas y se escucha todo (por ejemplo, un bebé llorando toda la noche), salir caminando está un poco difícil para alguien mayor. La alberca tiene muy buen tamaño pero el agua ese día desafortunadamente tenía colorante azul, mi mamá tiene el cabello rubio y se le pintó por mechones de color verde. Al principio no encontramos explicación para esto, pero otros acompañantes que también usaron la alberca comentaron también que se les pintó la piel un poco, el cuero cabelludo o las partes blancas del traje de baño.

El hotel no es NADA como lo indican sus reseñas. No hay lugar para dejar tu auto, el lugar es inaccsesible e inseguro, no hay nada cerca de la ubicación, no hay seguridad en el cuarto, las toallas y sábanas sucias, cargos extras TODO MAL

The hotel is very secluded if you do not have a car, but not far from socalo, it’s up hill from la catedral. The room was clean, the staffs were all wonderful,

It locates lower valley area,you have to fit to walk up to center of the town every time. Hotel itself is fine but surrounding is not so clean.

Tuve la mala suerte de que en la cama de mi habitación encontrará muchas chinches (insectos), mate al menos 8, afortunadamente habia otra recámara disponible y nos la pudieron cambiar. Por el incidente el hotel nos ofreció un desayuno de cortesía el cual acepté, sin embargo, la experiencia fue de lo mas desagradable que he experimentado en un hotel. El personal del hotel muy amable.
