This was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly. They went out of their way to do extra little things. the breakfast had a good selection in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great. Clean. Staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The wait staff was always there and trying to please.

Hotel was very nice. It was under construction but that was fine. We were informed. The only thing was the lack of air on the room. It was so hot and no fan. Other than that the hotel stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs. They were willing to answer questions about navigating Gallway and with other personal needs. Breakfast was great, place very clean and excellent staff.

This place is a must-stay for visitors to Galway who want to be away from the busyness of the City Centre. Though a little away from the centre of town, there is bus that runs regularly that gets you there in 10 minutes (buy a Leap Card). The staff are very gracious, always making you feel welcome and at-home in the hallways. The front desk is exceptionally helpful in responding to questions, looking up information online, and attending to guests' needs. We also commend Sajeesh for keeping our room so neat and clean everyday. The bistro restaurant has many options on the menu and food is excellent. Thank you for making our first stay in Galway so comfortable and memorable.
