Very friendly host, great location, good facilities and lovely breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the accommodations were clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of fresh, cooked-to-order items. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere was very kind and friendly. We also appreciated the discounted parking, and the location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the beach, the Geo Park, Victoria Park, and the town. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it featured a spacious shower and a large television. We truly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially considering the excellent value.

Wonderful hospitality from my very friendly hosts, David and Anne. They are very helpful and keen to assist in any way. He’s a former chef!! I can’t recommend them and their property enough …5 out of 5!

We have had a lovely 3 nights stay celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were given a lovely box of chocolates by the owners. The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. Compliments to the chef as our breakfasts were great and local produce. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will be returning one day soon. For a couple who have only been there a month they were brilliant hosts

On our arrival though a little later than expected we parked right outside the accommodation and we was met at the door by one of the lovely owners who gave us our room and front door keys, with information about breakfast times etc. On 1st impressions I knew it was spotless and very well presented. The seafront and all that paignton has to offer within walking distance within minutes. Our room was at the back of the house which suited us perfectly. The room was very big with a king-size bed, tv, ensuite, sofa in the room, tea and coffee facilities. Again immaculate, and I'm always hesitant at rooms with carpet but again no complaints. We dropped our bags and went for a walk to the seafront for food. I recommend the one opposite the park and the corner. Having returned it was again quiet in the hotel, exhausted after travelling etc we settled down for the night and was not dissapointed, the bed was very comfortable and the room itself airy, I did use the fan provided as only as this aides sleep and for no other reason. Breakfast alone I would return for. Fresh, abundant, and more than satisfying to set you up for the day. It was at breakfast we met the other owner and she was delightful and respectful. This hotel is 100% better than you would get in a chain, and it is reminiscent of how tourism and accommodation should be in a seaside town. The price we paid as a last minute should have been double as the hotel is deserving of it. Thank You.

Location excellent but i must say the owners are fantastic it's a great place location wise people wise and the breakfast is excellent we had the evening meal as well which was pure quality and excellent ir had everything food WiFi staff room all great I could not fault it if I tried will return thoroughly enjoyed our selves
