Not bad for a couple night stay. Right next to the tram stop Lipinskiego so you can get to old town or anywhere else.

The worst and dirty hotel i have ever stayed

The hotel is quite close to the city, with a Tesco supermarket nearby and other restaurants. The staff is probably what stands out about the place as they are very helpful and go out of their way to help. The hotel is a little old, but overall it was ok for a short stay. If you can, get the family room which gives you more space.

Nice central location with good access to trams and buses

Decent stay, nice hotel at the right price. Location is a bit far from things, but staff is helpful and friendly. Price was right!

Overall happy with stay, thought we had booked with breakfast included only to find out that it wasn’t and had to pay extra so a bit disappointed about that.

Staff were friendly, really helpful and spoke good English. Hotel is situated near a big Tesco, nice bakery, and decent Pizza place and near a Tram stop with trams that quickly and easily take you into the old town. Rooms were clean and facilities good. Wifi worked most of the time. Staff allowed us to store bags after checkout on the final day which allowed us to make the most of the day. This was really appreciated. We'd stay there again.

Små rum, sängarnas madrasser var så tunna att man kände ribborna igenom när man vände sig. Personalen var inte bra på engelska. Första kvällen vi kom var där något som gjorde att vi inte kunde få vårt rum. Dom körde oss till ett annat hotell, inte några affärer nära. Dock var både rum och sängarna bättre. Dagen därpå fick vi vårt rum. Kände oss stressade över allt detta, då vi hade en bokad tur på Auschwitz. Blir inte detta boende fler gånger.

清潔。スタッフが親切。駐車無料。建物は新しくないが、きちんと掃除されている。 冷蔵庫はない。

Pokój i łazienka posprzątane, co nie zmienia faktu że prosi się o remont. Na plus wygodne łóżko i czysta pościel. Na minus przede wszystkim spleśniały chleb podany na śniadanie. Poza tym cienkie, niewyciszone drzwi do pokoju - słychać w pokoju każdą przechodzącą korytarzem osobę. Zgaduję że w związku z tym na korytarzu również słychać rozmowy prowadzone w pokojach.

Sympatyczne miejsce. Miła obsługa. Dobre, bogate śniadanie. Kuriozalna winda ;) Wygodne łóżka. Czysto. Na minus: żywe ryby pływające w oczku o średnicy 70 - 80 cm. Smutny widok. Ryba to nie tylko ozdoba :( Proszę, zmieńcie to <3

Ontbijt is goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren is slecht. Te weinig plaats. De bedden zijn oud en van hout en deze kraken heel erg. Heel gehorig hotel. Lift door hele gebouw te horen.

Not far from the center. Bed are really small and particularly hard. Whole room was a bit aged (carpet dirty, mold). I could hear what my neighbors were saying (particularly noisy).

Hotelik kameralny, spokojny, czyściutki. Do Wawelu z 40 min. drogi piechotą, do Zakrzówka (dla nurkujących) bardzo blisko, Śniadanka smaczne. Polecam. Z pewnością wrócimy:-)

Niestety zatkany odpływ w łazience i brak ogrzewania sprawiły, że nie mogę wypowiedzieć się pozytywnie o pobycie w hotelu. Nie jestem osobą wymagającą, jednak zakładam, że nie powinnam w hotelu zmarznąć i mogę wykąpać się w komfortowych warunkach. Minus również dla śniadania. Smalec, śledź, kilka plasterków wędliny.. mało zachęcający zestaw. Bardzo przeciętne wrażenia.
