Staff were friendly. Lots of dining options around. Rooms need updates. Bed below average. Bathroom was not good. Tiny, next to impossible to get into the shower the way they have it configured. Lack of towels provided.

Friendly staff. The rooms are quite outdated, the bathrooms and carpets smells very bad. The gym is very small and poorly equipped. Good food at the restaurant and the prices are ok

Outdated and not very clean. Poorly equipped gym. Decent food at the restaurant, but they always seem to forget something for room service. The friendly staff is what saves it from a single star rating.

Nice hotel and rooms. But the bathtub stinks of cat urine here. And the breakfasts are very poor - there's nothing hot.

There were bedbugs in my bed, I've got bites in my legs and hands. The staff was very comprehensive and change my room immediately .
