Clean rooms, good coffee machine

Accueil chaleureux, chambre belle et propre. Gros coup de cœur pour Boréal le restaurant de l'hôtel, bar sympathique également. Piscine et spa impeccables.

La chambre était très propre et le personnel très agréable. La piscine permet un beau moment de détante.

Clean property, great staff

We are returned visitors to this property as it’s a great location when on long road trips from Nova Scotia to Montreal. The hotel is clean, food is good quality and the staff are very accommodating.

The room when you enter, smelled very bad! Not sure why. Also, upon arrival, they changed our room to a “quiet” room. The only problem was that it was alll the way to the end of the building. The walk to the room was exhausting ! Make sure you ask them to give you a room close to the amenities. Not to the end of the building, because you’ll walk a lot! Also, when we checked in they gave us wrong key and we had to wait until someone came and gave the correct key! Anyways overall amenities were good. The bar had a mini casino, they have arcade and pool. It’s ok, not worth the hype tho

Overall it was a nice stay but the walls are quite thin. There was a large group of kids playing baseball when we went and I could hear the ball being tossed on the floor above us for over 45minutes. Its location in my opinion is what the selling point should be, very easy to get to and next to almost everything you’d need (snacks, gas etc). The pool is pretty but quite small so gets crowded quickly, wasn’t able to enjoy it!

I found the people both friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t take part of any of the amenities because I was on a long trip and I just needed to get a good night sleep and a good shower, which is what I did. I’m

Loved our stay

Was alright, nothing special but not bad either. I would stay again with a pet. Maybe the rooms pets cannot stay in are better. Was a lot of screaming kids the night we were there.

Super accueil et propreté

The property was great for our family. The pool, slide and hot tub provided hours of entertainment. We also had a chance to dine at the Boréal for dinner, the food was delicious and service very quick. We finished our evening at the arcade for some fun. It’s small but still great! Location of the hotel is also a plus, right off the highway, gas station next to it, making it nice and easy.
