We just went for the pool and the water was clean though the leaves and insects were found inside the water there were people to clean it and we were charged 700 per person with gst and we were given water to drink as we reached there and the bathrooms were clean with fresh towel for everyone and we ordered potato wedges and Korean chicken wings and watermelon juices the food was tasty. Would recommend everyone to visit this place the service was good and the staff were polite and helpful too.

White its away from the city, they have private access to the river and that make up for everything! Rooms are good and well maintained. The property is big and they have a swimming pool, games room and reading room as well. Although the pool was a bit dirty. The restaurant serves good food and the staff in the entire facility is very very helpful and prompt.

Great resort. We got the best rooms with great view. One of the room was too spacious with big glass windows we all loved it. One of the biggest room in any Club Mahindra Resort. Food was also excellent with very helpful staff. There is river just next to resort. If you go there early in morning , you will get jungle feeling with lot of birds chirping. Overall very good experience.

I would have given negative rating had there been an option. Being a purple CM membership, I have visited a lot of properties but never had such a terrible stay. Facility is very old and deplorable. There is no upkeep and maintenance is bad. The worst part is the staff and service. They have no intention to keep the place running. They very well know how to ignore the guests especially the restaurant staff.

This place is amazing. Especially the rooms facing the river. Just be careful the staff are very chalu. This resort has fewer rooms and they want to keep rolling the guests so they will try to convince you to transfer your booking. The gangtok location isn't bad but it's not as beautiful as this.
