Staff is great although I think that they could make a better bed assignment or room. There were two instance with 1 room with 5 male and 1 female, then another room with 5 females 1 male. I know the rooms are mix, but maybe a 4-2 or 3-3 would be better, specially for females. Also I think that adding ligth and outlet to each bed would be a good an amazing addition like other hostels

We never got to stay there because they shifted us to another hotel with no view and without apology or compensation and we had prepaid 3 months earlier. We felt undervalued by this hotel and without options than to accept what they did to us.

Amazing view and good location, safe. Helpful staff. Comfortable sitting area. Good heat in the room.

Please, AVOID this place at all cost ! This is the most horrible, AWFUL and DIRTY place I have ever been... and I’m travelling the world for a living ! Everything falls apart, the room and the mattresses was tiny, SMELLY and dirty, the shared bathroom was terribly dirty with small weird «things» all over the floor, obviously the staff doesn’t speak any English, no information available for travellers, no wifi except in front the reception desk, breakfast is empty (weak), location is correct but you have to climb fifty stairs to get to the hostel. They also charged my credit card for 3 nights instead of 1, had to spend two hours on the phone with Expedia and they resolved the problems one by one. I’ve been relocated to a better place. Just to be clear, Bariloche is a beautiful city. People are nice and very kind. Choose carefully your place to stay and avoid this s*** hole hostel.

There's a long and high stairs to enter the property, it's hard for people with big suitcase or has walking problem. Our room sleeps four guests but only has two wall plugs. Room is clean.

The view is good. The internet connection is very bad. Always disconnected and slow. Not suitable for suitcase travellers. A long stair you need to go through before reaching the hostel. The shower is hot but the area you stand is very small and the water is weak.

Couldn't close door and toilet, faucet was leaking. Good view of the mountains though.

Hostel had wonderful staff, wonderful views, big room, wonderful view of lake from our room.

I had a good experience at this hostel. I was able to communicate well in English with everyone who worked at the front desk as my Spanish speaking skills are poor. Complementary breakfast was nice and simple. Our beds were made everyday which is not something I expected. The only problems I had were that there were only four lockers for a six person room and they did not have a plunger for a toilet at the whole hostel.

Booked Hostel Inn, we got there and "renovations" were taking place..? the notice said go to the Marcopolo Hostel a little further down the road. Not happy, this was not what we booked, no view, no outdoors to the lake and the hostel room was like a communist era box/hospital. Asked if we could have a refund as its not what we booked and were told...its part of the same group so you can not get your money back (it had all been pre-paid) Not good, they advertised Hostel Inn online knowing we were never going to be able to stay there - complete deceit. The free dinner was good however, but really not impressed with their business practices at all, and would never go back there or recommend it to anyone. If you book the Hostel Inn you should get the Hostel Inn not the hostel down the road!!

they do not honor teir bookings. the marcopoloinn is strictly a backpckers place, interesting company but not a hotel.

O Hostel entrega o que promete. É uma instalação simples, porém com boa limpeza. O atendimento foi excelente, funcionários bem dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem o necessário. A vista é muito bonita e fica próximo ao centro. É uma hospedagem com bom custo-beneficio. Recomendo.
