The hotel room is great for one person but too tight for two people. The bathroom door is a glass sliding door so you can see and smell the other person using the toilet. The sink is in the bedroom. There is little room to put your luggage. The rest are great. The rooms are clean and bed was comfortable.

.budget hotel, no frills but clean and great location for Nantes sightseeing

Great location, just a few metres from Place Graslin and the Mediatheque tram stop. Staff was friendly and accommodating wherever possible. Room has good heating and bedding was comfy. Would have appreciated a physical divider instead of a mere shower curtain to separate the basin/shower area. Fresh croissants and coffee/tea at the lobby was something to look forward to every morning.

Breakfast was continental, no surprise for me, but would drive some mental, mainly bread and jam, if you're really lucky, a slice or two of ham, orange and apple juices, the filter coffee is harsh , i make no excuses, hotel and room are clean and tidy, but if you run out of anything, it's a case of come and find me, this is a budget hotel, run on a budget, if you don't mind basic and with your french you can smudge it. The hotel is up a hill, so access might be limited, if you're arriving by car, some tight parking is permitted.

Great location, very good value for money and very friendly staff.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful with excellent local recommendations. The rooms were small but functional and darn cute. Everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing with fresh artisan bread, fresh eggs, jams, yoghurt, granola. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

I had a great stay at the Demain Hotel! My room was sparkling clean and I loved the funky design in bright colours. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and well pressurised. The view from my room in the attic added to the feeling of being away from the city while being right in it. The check in staff was very friendly and always ready for a chat. There was filter coffee and tea available anytime at the reception area. The location of the hotel is practically only 2 minutes away from the city centre, 20min by foot from the train station (buses and tram would be faster). After having travelled to 127 countries I love smaller hotels like this which are comfortable and welcoming!

It was very cute for the price. I like the cleanliness. Coffee was available in the lobby, but not in the room. Also no hairdryer in the room. I would stay there again.

Great stay. One night only, wish I was here for longer. The 4th floor room I had looked out into rooftops, had everything I needed, was super comfortable and clean. There were a couple of notches on the walls and very small damages to walls, but really a nice space. I HIGHLY recommend the 11€ breakfast, locally sourced and self-served inside or on a lovely terrace. Great way to start the day. I also appreciated the small notes in the room helping you to be more eco-conscious (the timer in the shower was a nice touch). Helpful and charming staff, 24H.

The hotel's marketing slogan is "moins pire " which translates to "less worse". Truth in advertising, but I hoped for "un peu mieux"..." a bit better". Bare bones. Nice staff.
