Everything was perfect. Helpful stuff and really nice hotel

Room was spacious, clean and came with a a calming view. Easy to get into town/station using the light rail.

Cleanliness: 4/5 - For the most part things were fairly clean and tidy. There were some dried blood stains on the bed sheets though for our first night. Service: 3/5 - Standard service. Comfort: 4/5 - It was a fairly comfortable bed and not that tiny of a room. Noise: 5/5 - Very quiet which was nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. It could have used a few more pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the tram.

The room was clean, however the jets in yhe tub were slimy so we opted not to use it for health safely reasons.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for two nights and loved the spa program, and we were able to rest wonderfully on the huge, incredibly comfortable bed. All the staff members we met were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. We have absolutely no complaints.

Great staff! Rooms were clean and fairly new. The spa was really relaxing. Uncovered free parking and paid covered parking. 5 minute walk to the tram station.

Really friendly and Helpful Reception Staff. Secure Bike Storage and great pool area. A little out of Strasbourg but regular cheap tram service gets you into the centre in 10 minutes

Excellent if busy swimming pool

We had a great stay. We really liked the breakfast which was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and spa were great. It's very close to the tram stop so getting into Strasbourg is easy

There was hair in the shower the property was dirty it also didn’t smell good
