The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. My family has a small child, so they helped us check in 1 hour earlier. Our family had lunch at the restaurant on the first day, the portion was large and acceptable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of fresh dishes. The room was extremely spacious and private, my family had room 101 so it was right outside, going to the beach or taking the train was also close. In the evening, our family took the train to Nha Trang for dinner and sightseeing, which was also very enjoyable.

Great, everything from the staff to the service is ok. The Bungalow I rented had a very beautiful view. Anyone who wants to go to NT without the hustle and bustle should go to Hon Tam to rest

Friendly, enthusiastic staff, dedicated service. The room is very spacious and fully equipped, but because it was built a long time ago, the furniture in the room is no longer new. The bathroom is very large, clean and comfortable. Very suitable for families going on vacation. I went in July and there were a lot of mosquitoes here, so be sure to bring mosquito repellant.

1. The staff is very enthusiastic and nice, this is probably the biggest plus point for my experience at Hon Tam Resort 2. I booked a bungalow facing the sea but it's actually on the hill, not close to the sea, the view will be Hilly, grassy landscape of the island and the sea in the distance. Travel will have to go by tram, walking is also possible but it will be a bit far. Call the reception desk to let you know where you need to go and a car will pick you up within 5 minutes. 3. Resort guests will only have one restaurant in the evening, and I find the food there is not delicious, even though the restaurant staff is very cute. 4. The bedroom has very few lights (only 3 sources). Dimly lit like a nightlight) so in the evening there will be a cozy vibe. For those who like bright light or want to take photos like me, it will be a bit inconvenient. In return, the bathroom and changing space is great, spacious and clean. To sum up, I will still rate 4.5/5.

The place to stay is good, transportation time across the island is inconvenient every 2 hours

My family's 2D1N vacation at Hon Tam Resort was great. The rooms here are spacious, clean, and the staff are gentle, enthusiastic, considerate and thoughtful. My kids love it here. Thank you Hon Tam Resort for giving my family a wonderful summer vacation.

Phòng tạm, không giống trong ảnh. View phòng mình đặt là master view nhưng view không đẹp. Hơi thất vọng về sự sắp xếp phòng

Không xứng tầm 5 sao. Phòng cũ kỹ, chọn ra đảo để được ngắm biển nhưng giao phòng nằm sâu trong bụi rậm cây cối, view nhìn ra ...cây da xà rờn rợn, không hề thấy biển. Phải đi xa mới thấy biển. Bufet tối Hải sản giá cao nhưng chỉ có tôm cỡ ngón út, vẹm nướng mỡ hành và hàu nướng, toàn size nhỏ. Ăn sáng ít món. Giá rất cao, Chai nước suối 0,5L bán 50k !! Lễ Tân nét mặt vô cảm không giúp đỡ khách. Trãi nghiệm như bị lừa vì lấy giá cao nhưng chất lượng quá kém

Đây là lần thứ 2 ở resot vẫn rất ưng ý mặc dù resot XD cũng khá lâu nhg vẫn rất sạch sẽ

Resort xanh mát, yên tĩnh, thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng thư giãn. Các nhân viên đều nhiệt tình, xe điện nội khu luôn có trong 3-5p, nhân viên xách hành lý cho mình tới tận cửa phòng. 22h Remote tivi của mình không hoạt động vẫn được hỗ trợ thay pin tận phòng.

Trên app đặt phòng không ghi rõ là villa phải share với khách khác, tới rồi lễ tân mới nói là villa 4 phòng phải ở với người khác nữa. Thgian chờ tàu không tiện lợi lãng phí thgian của khách. Chiều gần 3h mình tới thì 4h mới có tàu chạy qua đảo. Tối 6h mình đi ăn 8h30 quay lại thì phải chờ tới 10h mới có tàu . Lúc 6h mình đi ăn thì có hỏi anh lái tàu là khoảng khung h nào có tàu để biết canh thgian quay lại. A kiu tàu h nào cũng có muốn đi tới đêm cũng được mà hồi mình ql thì lễ tân nói tàu lúc nào cũng có mà 2t chạy 1 lần , tàu chạy chuyến cuối lúc 10h 🙂 , khách cũng đông mà giờ tàu chạy không linh hoạt làm mất thgian của khách . May còn có cái cảnh đẹp cứu vớt lại chuyến đi chơi chứ chờ tàu muốn tụt mood luôn.
