A much-needed, restful night. A quick swim in the pool was a real treat! We had dinner, drinks and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely staff. Excellent facilities.

Given a smoking room and smaller than booked, then changed. Toilet stained. Restaurant closed on Sundays. Had to order food from outside and was grateful for plates and cutlery from staff who tried hard to please.

Spacious property with an indoor pool. Never visited the town before but it was surprisingly good. Visited the market, cathedral, ruins and it was all good.

The place is neat and clean. The staff is friendly. We had nice dinner at the restaurant. The wifi worked well. This was my second stay here and I will come back again.

Unfortunately no fridge in a four star hotel and when you are driving it is nice to have the use of a fridge

It is average, stayed there for 2 days and very disappointed in the cleaning staff.

Easy access by car, and good access to town centre

Good, well appointed rooms . Good. but leans towards expensive for French Hotel, breakfast. Be warned about eating there!! The service is the slowest in the world- it kid you not. Kiss the best part of two hours for one course and a bottle of wine. People either complained or left mid meal. Parking great position good.

Clean hotel rooms in a new building set back from the road. Quiet location at night Rooms are well appointed. There is an extensive car park in the basement. We'd happily stay here again

No air conditioning. Room very hot and very dark. All I could do was open the window and use the dinky little fan.

Were there for 3 days in high temperatures. No air con in room, winter duvets, fan provided was I nadequate so room like a sauna! Were not told about road closures in the town of Soissons so that caused major driving problems. On the good side, the whole hotel had a pleasant, modern feel and within walking distance of restaurants and places to visit.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, a short walk into the town of Soissons.

Very nice new hotel with good modern design, and great view of the Soissons Cathedral.
