Overall it was a nice Hotel. The location on the very busy street wasn't the greatest. A lot of the dining venues were on the opposite side of the very busy street so we took an Uber to another location. The mattress was a little on the hard side and I could feel a spring or two.

Nice people and great food, but hotel rooms need emergency updating. The room and the carpet look old and unkept.

The property was dirty and outdated

El hotel es muy sencillo y no respetaron el precio que nos dieron a la hora de recervar. No volvería a regresar.

Picture from the hotel's facade and other spaces looks like tricking and I supposed that will be a nice place. But is really simple.

The location was good But we had ants in our room the jacuzzi tub was dirty and didnt work it shot water right out of the tub then noticed floaties of dirt in the water

Great hotel

With the rates they are charging, you do not expect it to be the Hilton. The value for the dollar is higher than any hotel around.

The room has just the basics, but you will for sure find a clean room and bathroom, and the staff always trying to find ways to help you, you will only receive a nice smile and answer.

I ussually don't complain, but in this case I think is better to look somewhere else: Right away after opening the rooms door we saw a couple of roaches, but then again I said "who cares...I'm not buying the place"; then after a long travel day I decided to take shower but for my surprise I saw a jacuzzi tub and I decided to try it ... The stream of water from the faucet was ridiculous small that after 15 minutes didn't even raised the water no even 1" and I was looking for the switch to activate the water jets once ready ...it doesn't exist however I ended up in the shower where also the water stream was unacceptable. Finally to get a parking spot at night you really go to be lucky. I really think that is worth it to expend a few more dollars to get a more comfortable place.

The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. Little problems were fixed immediately and without ant attitude.

The staff were very welcoming. GUADELOPE one of the reception staff went out of her way to help us find a room that met our needs. T

Personal muy atento, hotel muy bien ubicado, pero no estuvo la habitación lista a las 3 que era el horario de check inn y me tuve que ir a mi actividad sin poder usar la habitación. En habitación falta un buró y algo para la maleta.

El personal fue amable

Bueno para lllegadas y estancias

Único detalle aunque tengan habitaciones disponibles no te permiten la habitación hasta las 15:00 exactas

No hubo servicio de restaurante y cuando requerimos una cuchara nos fue negada

Lugar tranquilo, se descansa bien
