The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows.

Lovely quaint hotel. Parking area is quite small so recommend a small hire car. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. Staying on business so no time for sightseeing. Food in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good with the offer of cooked food to order.

Is simply amazing, very Italian style. Breakfast was like being at my grandmas house. I love it and I highly recommend it

The bed and pillows were hard. Breakfast was decent, the room was small, common areas are new. They close the doors at 2300, need to buzz someone to open the door. Area is really nice. Parking is TIGHT

This hotel was just okay. San Pellegrino Terme is not really on the tourist track and as a result there didn't appear to be many hotel choices. Check-in was a little awkward as the owner of the hotel is an older fellow who was a bit rough around the edges. He never told us where to find our room so we rode around on the elevator for a bit looking for our room. Finally, the son of the owner found us and directed us to our room. Very basic room but extremely clean. And very quiet.

Posizione centrale. Purtroppo il servizio SPA é a pagamento e questo non ci era stato indicato. Per il resto tutto ok. Un po' caro per il servizio.

Posizione super comoda per raggiungere le terme a piedi e con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Buona pulizia e personale cortese, ma letto e cuscini molto scomodi.

Séjour très agréable. personnel très agréable et parle bien le français.tres bien reçu a l'accueil.le propriétaire c'est déplacé a l'extérieur pour nous montrer le stationnement malgré la pluie. Bien mangé et les petits. déjeuner copieux .nous le conseillerons et en plus très bien situé

Hotel che ha vissuto tempi migliori ma molto accogliente

Una struttura non nuovissima come allestimenti ed arredi ma comoda e pulita. In posizione estremamente favorevole per chi si muove senza automobile, vicina alle fermate dell'autolinea per Bergamo ed alla funicolare per S. Pellegrino Vetta.

Il posto è molto tranquillo e il letto è comodissimo.

La locazione è carina posizionata al centro, il personale all'arrivo accogliente e disponibile, sarebbe gradita una maggior attenzione nell'area ristoro. Bella esperienza adatta anche a famiglie

Ottima posizione ,hotel ben tenuto ,letto comodo e grande ,discreta colazione ma su qualche dettaglio ci vorrebbe più attenzione :copriwater instabile ,qualche capello nella doccia all’arrivo ,bollitore incrostato di calcare e soprattutto poco polso nei confronti dei tanti clienti di cui molti anziani ,che giravano nella hall con la mascherina abbassata ,nonostante i dati Covid siano in aumento

Struttura ubicata sul corso principale, molto accogliente, camere eccezionalmente pulite, molto silenziose. Personale molto cordiale ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Colazione abbondante con molta scelta tra dolce e salato. Unico neo il parcheggio, a pagamento fino alla mezzanotte, tuttavia sono presenti parcheggi bianchi con disco orario di un’ora fino alle 20, basta quindi spostare la macchina.
