Quiet room, good choice of breakfast. But fire alarm went off at 6.30am and no one immediately advising guests it was safe. People unsure what to do. The pool area had steam room out of action and jacuzzi was only working intermittently. On the Friday there were children whose behavior was not suited to a shallow pool with stone wall divides and the parents were not considering the safety of either them or any other guests. It really needs some adult only evening times.

The breakfast was better than expected and the swimming pool was a unique and amazing part of the hotel

Thank you for a comfortable stay. We had a decent night’s sleep in comfy beds with nice dark curtains and a quiet environment. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities with our baby. The breakfast offering was superb. The decor of the hotel generally is pretty dated, as was our room. The en suite could do with being updated and the ventilation was rubbish in the en suite. Staff were generally positive and helpful.

A fairly basic looking hotel, room was in need of refurbishment, broken curtains and possibly the worst shower I've ever had the pleasure of using. Stayed here due to the fact they had a gym however that didn't fair well either as it was poorly equipped and a couple of machines didn't function correctly. Will be giving this place a miss if I'm here in the future.

It was easy to get to from the highway, the room was a good size, lots of natural light, clean, nice outdoor space & good restaurant

Nice and spacious, ideal for wheelchairs. The garden was nice a well kept.

The bathroom stank. To the extent that it made us feel sick. We avoided using the bathroom during our stay. It made our stay with you very unpleasant we will not be returning. Room number 264

We always stay here if visiting Weymouth. It's has a good size carpark and it's a short walk to the town. There is a swimming pool, but not safe guarded so little ones need to be accompanied by an adult. The rooms are spacious, the dinning hall & food is great, although drinks are pricey.

Great location near the seafront and friendly, helpful staff. However, the hotel feels dated, our room was not very clean, with stains on the walls and furniture, and it received only minimal attention each day. Disappointing for the price and brand.

Good value for money. Food was good in the pub.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Bar and restaurant served good food and was good value for money.

Lots of parking places and short walk to beach

Good location only 15 mins walk from town centre. Staff were friendly. Pool was extra cost if you did not book directly with hotel but staff offered me free access of I signed up to a loyalty scheme. Overall hotel is a little dated but the family room was comfortable and linen and towels new. Perfect for a family stay

Although not on the sea front or with sea views, it is well located and both are only a short walk away, (as are Greenhill Gardens) or there is a bus stop almost outside if required. The on-site parking a real bonus. Although we did not use the leisure facilities, they seemed popular, and inviting. The breakfasts and Sunday Carvery we had provided a good selection of well prepared food. Both are primarily self service, but we understand that evening meals at other times are in a quieter part of the restaurant area with full waitress service. Our executive room was spacious, recently refurbished and with a large comfortable bed, with an excellent walk in shower, which was something we had requested. Four of us with limited luggage fitted snuggly into the lift. The little garden through the bar was a little oasis of calm. The hotel was quiet during our visit, but if there was a function (wedding/conference) this may have an impact, so worth checking if quietness is important to you.

It was a standard room with everything you needed for a night stay. The evening staff was especially helpful and accommodating

Was disappointed that could not use the gym unless I signed up for the Best western rewards.

A bit tired / low budget
