A comfortable hotel well located for touring the capital. It sits across from a park and the street is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast is good though coffee service gets overwhelmed and though tasty, coffee is not terribly hot. The bar and lounge is quiet but service is great. The restaurant is comfortable with excellent service - the outside decking area is very pleasant.

Great location and lovely staff.

This hotel is close to the University of Sofia and located in a lovely neighforhood. The room was comfortable and quiet. My only problem involved the lack of air-conditioning one night, making it difficult to sleep. But, that was fixed by the following day.

Stayed here for a business trip, really liked my spacious room with air conditioning, water kettle, complimentary mineral water, tea, and coffee, bathtub, stable password-protected WiFi, daily cleaning, good breakfast, restaurant on site, proximity to parks and my business event venue. Only minor issue was the safe wasn’t working. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in the heart of Sofia - very classy with wonderful staff and accommodations. Convenient parking garage under hotel was perfect and the breakfast was quite tasty. I was able to venture around on foot to see the sights and enjoy some very delicious Bulgarian food (and even craft beer) - can't wait to return.

Very good hotel , clean and convenient. called a taxi to the airport at 4:00 AM and it was at the front door in five minutes.

Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.Two armchairs. I came down for breakfast at 9am and by this time the hot food was only lukewarm but there was a good choice of cereals and cakes.

A superb location in the Doctors Garden area of Sofia. Great cafes and bars in the vicinity but quiet across the road from a well-kept park. Staff are very accommodating. Strongly recommended. Definitely my favorite hotel in Sofia.

Hotel is getting worn down. Wonderful location and close to downtown

It is in the amazing location, in front of a park. In several minutes, you can walk to the cathedral, parliament, the University of Sofia (one block) and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has the traditional value of a great hotel. Staff are properly attired. Furniture is solid wood. Brass handles in the washroom are all well polished shiny.

Helpful receptions and very central to all places of interests. It’s only 5 minutes walk to Alexander cathedral and 10 minutes away from the buzzing Alexander Boulevard. The hotel is a bit dated and they charged for everything including water bottles. The bar could not offer all the alcoholic drinks offered on their drink menu. However, there are other bars very close by.
