When we booked we requested a first floor room because of a disability. The evening before we were to check in we got a message that we were booked on the top floor. I left 2 or 3 messages asking for more information and reminding them of the disability but by noon, when I hadn’t received any response and had no way to determine whether or not there was a way to make it work, we booked a different location that was able to accommodate our needs.

Luce was so nice to deal with. The bed and pillow were comfortable and towel was clean and white. The property is a little far from center for my taste but if you use short cut, not too long walk. Cavtat is worth to visit !

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Ten minute taxi from the airport, and a bus station to Dubrovnik very close. Nice restaurant/cafe nearby as well. I wish they would put a picture of the front of the apartment as well as check-in instructions or at least a contact email in the listing. The address is wrong, it should be Jurja Dalmantica 2, not 1. Jurja Dalmantica 1 is a different property, where I waited for 30 minutes before a neighbor helped me find the office. Not fun alone at night after a long flight.

The place was nice and clean the view from the terrace was amazing. Very close to the bus station and a market a few min away.

Walkable to many restaurants. Very clean. Great little town.

This place was good at being close to center and super marker. However there was one room with no AC. The AC in the living room made a noise. The shower had a hand shower that you need to sit to take a shower not the stand one. There was no blow dry, dish washer and washing machine. Also not enough utensils for 6 people.

Nice peaceful location, easy walk into town, harder back uphill but we knew this when we booked and no harder than say Lyme Regis! Good views, beaches quiet and secluded, handy bus stop to Dubrovnik, close to airport (don’t be put off by others complaining about aircraft noise, it really isn’t that bad!)

We booked a three-bedroom apartment at Apartment Dub Cavtat but instead we were shown to a dated two-bed apartment, which has a broken air conditioning unit, in a house further out of town. The owner blamed Expedia for the change (because we had booked too early). Why did they not refuse the booking so we could have chosen somewhere else? We even had to buy toilet roll as there was not enough provided. Disappointing start to our holiday!

Place is not bad for one night, I have kids and I think there is room to make the place better in terms of cleaning and service.

Everything was great the host was amazing I wouldn’t change a thing about it. The view was also amazing from the balcony.

We had an enjoyable stay at these apartments. They were clean and comfortable. The washing up liquid, cooking oil, sugar and salt left were a thoughtful touch. Handy to the supermarket and town centre.

Great spot! Easy to get to and from town if you don’t mind a little bit of a climb.

The property owner Luce and her son were extremely welcoming and accomadating. The location was a bit far from Dubrovnik but an easy 25 min bus ride away (#10). Bus stop right across the street and grocery store about a 5 min. Walk. Very close. They provided us with airport transportation for a small fee. The town of Cavtat was charming but given that we went in the latter part of December, it was a bit desolate...only locals and about 2 or 3 restaurants were open not much activity. This town would be amazing in the summer months.

Book it! The views from the top floor apartments over the bay and to Dubrovnik are glorious! The apartment is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, we cooked on a few nights buying from the supermarket a few minutes walk up the road Bare in mind the areas terrain if you’re exploring you will encounter steep hills and multiple steps. The walk up from Cavtat town is short but quite steep. The hourly number 10 bus, Cavtata to Dubrovnik, stops outside the apartments and water taxis leave Cavtat harbour, Use these to explore magical Dubrovnik and the stunning coast.

This apartment was wonderful. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our trip to Croatia as Cavtat is only about 10 minutes from the airport. This apartment is clean and spacious (our apartment had two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/sitting area and a smaller bathroom), close to a market for any grocery needs (about a 5 minute stroll) and there is a restaurant across the street that is quite good so everything that you need is close. This apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants, shops etc. and it is downhill to both but this is the case pretty much anywhere in town. Our only complaint is that the walls between you and your neighbors are a little thin and sound travels through easily.

The apartment was great- very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also very good- there is a restaurant across the street and the bus to Dubrovnik is literally across the street. A 5-10 minute walk gets you into the old port of Cavtat where there is a market, tons of restaurants and stores. Cavtat itself is awesome- we liked it better than Dubrovnik. The water is the clearest I have ever seen but there is no sand so bring water shoes. There are also boats that leave for Dubrovnik from the old port - it is more expensive than the bus but well worth the money. Overall, a great trip. We will definitely return :)

Our apartment on second floor had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious kitchen. We enjoyed great night view from our balcony. The only problem with apartment was presence of mosquitoes at night. A grocery store is in 2 minutes walking distance, bus stop to Dubrovnik is right across the street, and a beach, nice parks to stroll, marina, and many restaurants are in 7-10 minutes walking distance. There are several companies running boats to Dubrovnik for reasonable price. We strongly recommend this option. It is a little bit longer (40 minutes) than the bus trip but offers much more pleasant experience. Dubrovnik is overcrowded and Cavtat is much more relaxing place to stay.
