Everything was clean. Staff made themselves available for any inquiries one might have.

Our first room had a non functioning AC and the front desk attendant put us in another room right away. Breakfast was good with real bacon and sausages. My only suggestion is to bring the butter out of the fridge as it was very hard.

Loved the auto flap jack maker. Tasted like AI 😀. Enjoyed watching coffee grow in row, grind, and pour on Kuerig machine video screen. Did like the various choices of coffees, hot chocs, to mix and match. Great Canadian hotel, have good stay, eh!

Just meh. Comfortable bed. Sheer curtain missing hooks. Noisy AC. Continental breakfast is edible but could be much better if compared to other hotels. Breakfast room floors dirty from crew boots and coffee machine dirty and slow. Tim Hortons next door is a bonus.

The room was comfortable, breakfast very good. But after I got settled into my room for an hour, I could hear this loud thumping noise every 5 minutes. I went downstairs to check. I met one of the staff and asked what the noise was. Her response was what noise, and it was only the front door opening. I went over to the front door and opened and closed it, but no noise. She called the helpful lady at the front desk, to change my room. In the process of changing my room, this loud noise happened again. She said that it is from the gym and people dropping dumb bells. Like OMG and to the First Lady, please show a little more respect to senior citizens. Be truthful.

I paid for two rooms in advance, one for myself and one for my business partner. The hotel charged him directly for his room in addition to what I had paid in advance.

The room was very clean. In fact, it was spotless. The beds were pretty soft though almost to the point of bottoming out when you lay on them. The staff were very courteous.

Breakfast was fresh, with many different options. Easy parking and easy to get to. Lots of plug-ins for vehicles

Room was good, could not get it to cool down. Also, I think it’s starting to get a little bit rundown.

The room was really nice. We found the heater in the bedroom was not working.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the bar beside the lobby never opened all weekend
