Check-in is complicated, you have to make an appointment first, what time will you arrive because the receptionist only arrives at 6pm. When I got there at 9/10pm there was no staff at all, I was confused about how to check in, finally called CS and was helped, the process took quite a long time, the weather was -4🥲 the room was quite okay even though it was a bit small, the view was good.
