Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay. The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed. Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive. The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and quality of service made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples seeking luxury and ease. The VIP experience is well recommended.

Everything was perfect

As someone who was looking for a summer vacation with my little family, I must say that IC Hotels Residence did not disappoint! This was our first time in Antalya and we were looking for a resort with a blend between fun for the children and relaxation for the adults and I am delighted to know we made the right choice! We stayed in the calm and serene Lake Villa (Duplex), which had access to a shared pool with 2 bedrooms and a living area. The Villa was spacious and maintained to a good standard daily and the pool was perfect for us for a morning swim. As a guest of the Residence, we also had access to the IC Green Palace and this was great for us as it allowed the kids to enjoy all the facilities, such as the aqua parks, beach, snack bars as well as Kids clubs and evening theatre performances (which by the way is hugely underestimated!). Ice cream and cold/hot drinks are never too far away as everything is available within reach. If you're good with noise well into the night and crowds of people throughout the day then IC Green Palace is still a very good option. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, away from all the noise and a more refined and sophisticated experience, then I would suggest spending the extra to stay at the Residence. The perks of the residence include things like access to the amazing Mavi restaurant (great selection of food with a more refined elegance) and 24/7 bar, on sight pool, relaxation sauna and hamam area etc. We will go again, highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, great staff. Lovely beach and kids club. We got upgraded in our last two nights which was lovely. Treated like VIPs throughout our stay

The residence 'private' area (pool, bar, restaurant) is really very pleasant and much quieter than the main hotel next door. The food in this area is very good and has plenty of options. The lake villa rooms are really spacious, but a maybe a little tired and some back onto a road. The service is strong on effort (very polite) but lacking in effectiveness at times. Lots' of little things done poorly needing correction or chasing up. There are some very good staff but they seem in the minority. So it's a bit hit and miss.

We had an amazing stay at IC Residency! Our choice of a beach villa was perfect – it was well-maintained, beautiful, and had a private pool. The villa also came with a dedicated cabana at the beach, which was a great perk. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Both the restaurant staff and the cabana staff at the beach went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were impressed by the food options as well. Everyone at the resort truly seemed dedicated to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Based on this fantastic experience, I would highly recommend IC Residency to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

clean and nice hotel , the room was great , had the pool villa , great pool , good food . the only bad things is the noise - parties until late hours of the night that you can hear in the room very loud ( a 8 year old kid should be able to go to sleep at 12 am... )

Family stay with wife and 3 kids aged 2,6, and 8. Lakeside villa. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Booked for Bali Villa and it was perfect in all aspects. The hospitality and service second to none. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend highly for other and would also plan for next year of our holiday.

Every thing was great

The IC residence is good to relax in a quite surroundings, good concept. The staff service is questionable exept russian speaking team who is really responsive regardless your origin. It could be because of covid instability but breakfast is better in a neighbouring IC Green you are allowed to use.

Wow where should I start from. Finally a hotel that’s offering a proper 5 star experience.from the moment we where greeted by reception to get us checked in.our bags where taken from us, cold drinks of our choice where offered. Check in was swift and easy. Hopped. On a golf buggy which is at your beck and call 24/7. Room are spacious and luxurious with fridge fully stocked with water and treats and a bottle of wine everyday. We booked a villa so we had our own personal swimming pool. The food is absolutely flawless with choice and taste for everyone. The hotel has everything you need you literally don’t need to leave the resort. Water park,private sandy beach, bar & dance floor, plenty for the kids to do aswell but also a very adult orientated hotel. I won’t keep this long just I will be returning every year. That how much I have fell in love with this beautiful resort.

Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend if you are looking for a safe, friendly and 5 star experience. The staff were always happy to help and Ishmail the GM was always available 24hrs a day.

I stayed in a villa wonderful privacy for a quite break to relax. The place was beautiful, I had a few issues with room not being ready but happily hotel compensated me well for this inconvenience. Room was clean service good food was also good. Limited activities due to Covid. Only point is limited English speakers so room service orders can come with items missing.

Relaxed atmosphere, great service, plenty of space to chill. Loved the private beach and beach bar. High quality food and drinks. Ability to use sister hotel whenever you want.

amazing holiday very friendly staff the only thing that I can complain is that they offer private cabin onthe beach but no one say that its cost and it was pricy ( 100 Euros ) but it was amazing holiday and we for sure will come back !!!
