The hotel is undergoing renovation inside and outside. Will look brilliant when finished. We have stayed at the Civitel for many years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Would stsy again when visiting our Greek friends C & D from UK

I stayed there a night until my flight the next day. Hotel was 1/2 way from downtown Athens to the airport and 8 mins walk to a mall. It was perfect considering the low price I paid for a Friday night. I didn’t need anything except a clean bed and shower and the mall to kill a couple of hours and grab a bite. Easy checkin. Asked for a noon check out which was accommodated.

The property seemed recently renovated.

I felt like the room could have been much cleaner but it wasn't the worst. Other than that, no complaints. Overall I give them a good rating.

Its a nice hotel with lovely pool that opens at 10 am. Rooms are big but a bit tired. Staff was nice.

The room was clean but very basic, old furnished. The main sat back is the status of the building and corridors as well as the long journey it take to get to the room, especially when carrying a suitcase.

Not a four star hotel, horrible reception and outdated falling apart. Stayed due to proximity to business meeting. Had I not arrived in evening would have left. Had to walk around to find the room in unlit path with nobody willing to show me where to go. Apparently in bad area of town too. Holes in walls and really a dump. Attached real photos.

The hotel staff was excellent. The rooms we booked were very nice and nice view over marousi. The hotel room at night was quiet. Perfect spot to hang your hat on a quick little getaway to greece. The only point where there was an issue was at the restaurant when one of our meal orders was forgotten but the restaurant staff was extremely courteous and helped alleviate that oversight.

A lot of construction and deteriorating property. It was far better a few years ago.

I use to enjoy staying. Now, construction everywhere, limited lighting at night, dated and old furniture.

We had a very, very nice time! We saw Athens and swam a lot!

The staff was so kind and caring. The room and entire area was very clean. Highly recommend. It’s a walking distance from the mall and bakeries and so on.

This place had everything we needed for a hold over location arriving after midnight. Easy to locate. 24hr check in. Our flight was delayed we didn't arrive until 3am. They gave us an extra hour for checkout 1200pm. They will hold our luggage and we are able to hang out at the pool until check in time for our Cruise. Room was clean with AC. Floors need to be replaced(water damage and cracked tiles).

It was a quick stay fir business purposes. Very good welcome at check in. Very helpfull staff. Room was clean, but the bed not very comfortable. Patio that you could have a beer, or eat something wasnt very clean. Breakfast quality was ok. I will stay again if I want to stay at Marousi area.
