Nice hotel walkable distance to shopping malls, also very quiet because of sound proof windows. Staffs were friendly and free shuttle to airport is useful.

The staff was great. A complimentary breakfast every morning was a nice touch. I had a hard time keeping warm in my room, however. There was no heat and I didn't bring appropriately warm clothes...

I booked through Expedia,7 nights from Nov 28, 2017 to Dec 5, 2017, with “pay at hotel”. At check in on Nov 28, my credit card was charged for full amount of NT$ 13,360 (USD 445.21) at reception. On first night I was not able to sleep due to traffic from flyover next to my room window. Decided to check out next morning, Nov 29. Informed both Expedia, hotel manager on duty. Was told by hotel I will be charged for 2 nights including 1 night penalty. I have not received refund yet for remaining 5 nights. Called hotel in December 1st week and was told to work through Expedia. Called Expedia support. Expedia reached out hotel and was told that I was charged for two night only. Since this is not true, I emailed my 7 nights billing receipts to Expedia that were sent to hotel. Since then multiple follow ups with hotel by Expedia, but hotel is not responsive. No response to emails, and hotel managers, Mr. David Wei and Mr. Gu keeps telling Expedia that I was charged by two night only. Not further resolution. I called hotel directly again in January 2nd, 2018 and Mr. Gu told me that they will refund 5 nights , but will take longer. No timeline. I reached Expedia again January 10th, and also 11th. Each day Expedia supervisor called hotel but still was not able to get resolution from hotel on refund. Expedia has been helpful following up, but hotel management is just not responsive to resolve the case. -Haresh

The room was well kept and generously offered toiletries with disposable towels, too. Quiet area in spite of being next to a flyover. Walkable to nearby malls and downtown area roughly 500-60O meters. Downside : I did not receive my early morning wake up call at 0230h. I could have missed my flight. The shuttle was driven by abled middle-age Taiwanese guy who could speak fluent English. He knew how to keep me company during the half-an hour drive. Commendable driver!

Small room, no shower curtains for the bath, breakfast minimal, coffee good, staff very nice and tryng their best; I had specified close to airport, hotel about 30 kms away but with free shuttle and this worked fine. Nothing in the vicinity of hotel; if you're going thru TPE bettervget closer to airport.

This hotel transportation service is wonderful, they take you to airport and rail station and even pick you up. The only minor issue is the location which is hard to find and a little bit far away from main high way. For the room fee we pay, this is a great place.

The room was old and can use new carpeting. Don't appreciate seeing a pack of condom in the desk drawer. It seems to downgrade the hotel. The steps leading up to the lifts proves to be very troublesome. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful. Pick up and drop off service is a definite plus. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff is very polite and friendly. But the breakfast is not attracted. If you are only stay overnight before leaving Taiwan. Then this hotel is fine.

The best with this hotel is service and the effort the working people are making there. The rooms are modern and everything works. They bring the modest breakfast to the rooms, because they have no cafeteria space. I walked to the hotel by foot from the Taioyuan station, which was a nightmare. Even the tourist information at the station placed the hotel in the wrong place in the map. Your best choice is to go to in front of the Taioyuan station and call the hotel for the free shuttle to pick you up from there. They can also take you back there and in the nearby areas in the morning for free.

I was very surprised to walk into my hotel room and find a curtain but NO window! That and the hole in the shower wall really bothered me and my friend. It seemed that the other rooms had window (maybe it was because I booked it through this website instead of through the Hotel itself) but beware of now windows and this difficult-to-find location.

The elevator area seems to be raised on every floor. You have to carry your luggages up a few big steps to get to the elevator at the lobby and down a few steps on the guest floor. It was weird that many of the guestroom doors were wide open when we checked in (at 10p.m.), including ours, and so upon entering the room we checked the room carefully to make sure it was safe to close the door behind us. There were stains all over the carpet in the room, some spots were even wet. The room felt quite musty. There were no free hotel shuttles to and from the airport or the HSR (High Speed Rail) as some have previously stated. It costs NT300 (approx. US$10) per room from the hotel to the airport and travel time is about 30 mins. Good things about this hotel are: Front desk staff is friendly and speaks good English. Complimentary breakfast (eggs/ sandwiches/ juice etc.) is delivered to your room at the time of your choice starting as early as 5:30a.m. In-room complimentary wi-fi available. A computer and a printer are available for use at the lobby,
