Good hotel near Central Phuket. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good. Air con is prime, even can get very cold so fast in the midst of Phuket hot weather. The one expected improvement is their hot water flow stability, on our 3 nights stay, the water was often too hot, even after you pull the lever to the cold side. Their commitment in giving you daily 2 bottles of water is very good. I forgot to turn off the 'don't disturb' sign, so the housekeeping didn't make up my room, but they are still thoughtful to hang my daily bottled water allowance at my door. Overall, everything was still satisfactory, especially their room and twin bed size.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. The service is very good.

Arrived at the lobby, waited for check-in for 40 minutes. The staff did not check email on any device and informed us that there was no booking until we called, then we found a booking. Wasted 40 minutes of my time. Both the hotel office and Traveloka are bad at checking in and they do not care about the customers at all. I will stop using this app permanently.
