Breakfast was great and beautiful location, a bit of a walk , to town, but funky.. lots stairs

Excelente, la verdad que el restaurante superó mi expectativa.

El hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares del lago y el rostro maya desde CADA habitación. Tiene su propio muelle que hace más accesible el transporte por el lago. El personal del hotel es sumamente amable y hace la gestión para pedir lancha cada vez que se necesita. Los desayunos son completos y variados e incluídos en la tarifa. Es un hotel tranquilo y sus alrededores están muy bien cuidados. Hay que tener en cuenta antes de reservar que NO tienen tv, ni a/c y el agua de la ducha es templada, no hay agua caliente. Pero estos dos factores se entienden porque es un hotel ecológico. Las personas con dificultad en su movilidad deben saber que hay que subir escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones y las diferentes áreas del hotel. Está cerca del centro del pueblo San Juan, a donde puedes ir caminando con facilidad y seguridad. Si buscas tranquilidad y buenas vistas este hotel es para ti.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The view of the lake from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of my stay. Waking up to such a beautiful view every day made the experience even more special. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. The food was delicious, with every meal being fresh and full of flavor. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Overall, everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. I will definitely be coming back the next time I visit. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Lots of stairs, as it is throughout the lake but the staff was so helpful and sweet! Great service! Room was comfy and spacious. Overall a great stay! Also the breakfast included was delicious and a decent size meal !!!

Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking is complicated as it is on the backside of the property which isn’t easy to find. Make sure you get those details in advance.

Amazing view from Hotel. Helpful staff, good breakfast, free kayak. A little hassle going to town center for now until the road going to town is finished.

The room was clean, basic, no frills. Breakfast was included and very good, a couple options available. 7:30a-8:30a. The restaurant was very good with a great view, only open until 8:30p. Filtered water was available to refill your water bottle in the restaurant. Be ready for lots of steps! If you have any issue with steps, this is not the hotel for you. Steep and rocky steps to/from the main road. Quite a few steps up from the direction of the dock. Great little shortcut to the dock by going “down/behind” the hotel toward San Juan. Wonderful staff, cozy place, would recommend!

Wonderful lake view and next to the town so very convenient, but still in a separate section so it will still feel private and quiet. Great breakfast and Wonderful staff. Would recommend

No tiene agua caliente, aire acondicionado, ni abanico, el servicio en el desayuno fue de una hora y 30 minutos en espera y porque le dije a la mesera que llevaba más de una hora. Tiene muy buena vista y todo estaba limpio.

I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Uxlabil! They provided a delicous breakfast each day, filtered water was available, and there were hot showers. The staff was friendly and helpful! The property is beautiful and you get great views of the lake. It is close to town if you want to walk or they can call a tuk-tuk to come get you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

This hotel was exactly what I needed. It was close to town but far enough away where it felt secluded and peaceful. The view of the lake and the breakfast were spectacular. It is a bit tricky to get to if you’re not familiar with the area, you can show the driver of the Lancha the name of the hotel and they will drop you off right at the dock. Otherwise you’ll have to walk 10 minutes from the town dock. The shower doesn’t get super hot, it gets warm. Overall I’d recommend this place and would stay there again, all the people there were super friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel have 2 entry and both have to be walking, they need better signage for tourists, but beside that, the view is beautiful.

Pros: 1. The staff was lovely and very helpful 2. Internet was pretty decent 3. Views from the hotel were magnificent Cons Take the ECO in the name very very seriously 1. There was no air conditioning 2. Had to carry my luggage through a dirt path and also a flight of stairs 3. The towel I was given has dirt stains on it but the staff changed it immediately 4. The provided breakfast wasn’t great If I knew better, I definitely won’t have picked this property; but all in all, I think everything wrong with it was tied it being ECO.

Muy buena locacion, bella la vistaa al lago, lo unico malo fue que mi habitacion no tenia agua caliente ni tenia luz en el baño bueno literal solo 1 bombillo funcionana en tosa la habitacion y pues no teniamos abanico

Free kayak, lake view and included breakfast were all great. SO many stairs though, it was really difficult with bags. I didn’t have electricity for 2/4 days though because of a local electricity outage which was difficult. I would stay again.
