Breakfast was very good lots of choice and something for everyone. Beds are super comfortable and a good size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

Reasonable hotel, a bit old and smelly. The one time I contacted the reception for a taxi to the airport they offer me a taxi for 300% higher than uber, well, I don’t like hotel can’t be trusted.

Really friendly hotel and was great to visit Krakov. Next to the river.

Price to high for standard, room are very small, no air condition so very hot.

Too hot in room, no instruction how to adjust temperature. Hair shampoo and conditioner would be better separately. Overall hotel nice, clean, quiet with nice brekfast.

Hotel lovely and very clean. Spa facilities great for down time. Food in restaurant was very nice too. Breakfast plentiful and open from 6.30.

Amazing stay with the grandson, easy to get around from the hotel, close to pick up points for trips around the city. Walking distance to Schindler’s factory and Hero square. Chocolate shop inside was a great touch.

Excellent hotel! But I didn’t like that they outsourced their swimming pool so anyone from the street can book it leaving no options for hotel residents to book a swimming pool. I stayed several days and pool was booked for one week upfront! I specifically booked this hotel to use the pool after extremely long travel and get rid of tension in a lower back after 19 hours flight and airport time!

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely clean room. Spa was lovely just disappointing that the hot yub was out of use during our stay.
