Family of 7 staying for 2 days at Epic and Universal. Perfect.

i rarely do reviews but we loved this property so much i feel is under rated. we love the cleanliness and how spacious it was. it was very comfy. they provide with plenty of towels and many basic necessities. the only negative comment is the resort fees. $45 for 2 night just because? and the deposit at least i understand i will get it back. but i already paid my 2 nights. why further spending? but i will definitely reconsider when traveling to Orlando. Good choice

Nice property. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was nearby the theme parks we wanted to be close to. Very clean and family friendly.

Everything was great wise the pools were open longer was a great time thx till next time

It was really nice because there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queens and one with a king bed). The room with the queens had a full bathroom across a small hallway and the king room had a nice en-suite with an additional jacuzzi tub along with the shower. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed. It’s close to a phenomenal amusement park called Fun Spot plus it’s across the street from a grocery store. Also really close to Universal Studios. Overall, very happy - thanks for the great stay!

Rooms are big ,clean , have everything you need nice pool area you can uber ever where if you don’t want to drive.

I like that the resort is near International Drive and near shopping and dining facilities. I don't like the location of the Check-In and Check-out location being on the back side of the building.

Very close to the Parks. 5 minutes from Universal. The unit was clean and comfortable. We found several centipedes crawling on the floor in the unit, mostly in the entry way, most likely come under the door .

Great option especially for the price! Everything you can need for a family vacation. There were 6 of us comfortably staying in one suite. Pool and hot tub were nice to relax after long days on the parks..

The maintenance staff and some of guest services were very nice. Watch out for surprise fees in your email RECEIPT after you prepay! We checked in and we're unprepared for more fees beyond normal incidental hold. They waived those fee, but were very degrading about it.

The studio is very spacious and clean, we had everything we needed. we were less than 5 minutes away from a great attraction park where the kids had a lot of fun!!

Our stay went pretty well. The only 2 things was when it was checkout time the housekeeping would stare at us waiting for us to leave and it was only 9am we still had an hour left but they were on top of us making it uncomfortable for us while getting ready to leave. And our showers the water was either cold water or burning hot water. The shower handle didn't work in our appt so we were only able to use the master bedroom bath for everyone to get ready.

A great resort in a quiet location.

The parking needs to be better for people that book and have reservations at this property I should not have to park down the street for somewhere that I have a reservation

The property was nice for the price. Large condo with a large living area, dining room, kitchen, 2 bed, 2 bath (master with a jetted tub) and a spacious screened patio. There was exterior work being done, but didn’t cause much inconvenience. There is a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, ping pong table. The biggest inconvenience is the very limited parking. One vehicle per unit, you may have to compete for a decent spot.
