The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The overall hotel vibe was very cozy and pleasant. However, the tennis court rate is unfortunately too expensive considering the court is not well maintained and is outdoor. Being located in central Surabaya, the court should not be priced at half a million. It’s quite a pity, as recreational players who want to play tennis at the hotel might reconsider due to the overly high price.

I've checked in at Bumi Hotel Surabaya quite often. The kids love the hot tub and the delicious food. I'll be back next time.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. This legendary 5-star hotel (ex-Hyatt) offers the most affordable rates in Surabaya, and it's well worth it, considering the ambiance and amenities. My only suggestion is that breakfast, which costs an additional 197,000 Rupiah, should be improved, especially for a 5-star hotel. Thank you, Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and we'll be back again.
