I would definitely go back again

El equipo de recepción fue bastante amable y servicial, al contrario del personal de cocina que fue seco y nada amable. El.cuarto en general bien y una amplitud nada común en el baño.

Todo excelente

Un hotel muy bien ubicado, un servicio excelente, todo muy limpio y el internet magnífico. De verdad que volveré. 10/10

The condition of this property is terrible!! Not comfy at all, water dripping off the sink and water running all over the shower floor and toilet

Space between walls and bes is tiny, not comfortable at all. Room without natural light, so dark even during the day. Didn’t liked the layout.

It was very comfortable

Staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived at two O'Clock am, they were ready and the check in went smoothly.

Location is quite good, price according to what's offered, parking not the best but ok.

Close to center of town. Beds need to be updated. Excellent internet, was always strong. Clean, polite workers

2 main problems but solvable, the noise of the street its too loud all the hotel have a view to the street , they can change to aisolate the windows The other problem is the TV of the room is small 14 inches so you can see from the bed besides is almost in the roof. Everthing else was good , the service, the restaurant, location, mainteinance, etc,

Good website pictures... terrible front desk service as well as tiny double bed rooms. They don´t have double beds rooms... only a couch, no air conditioned, not elevator, not the nicest staff available. I have to come back to Xalapa... never again at the hotel BG.

Clean and spartan but adequately furnished, just a few minutes walk to Park Juerez, the main square. The building is triangular with all rooms on two floors along one leg of the triangle. My room did not have any air conditioner vents but a large vent was present in the hall just outside. In March when I was there the weather in Xapala was perfect and no air conditioning was necessary given the cooler mountain climate. The restaurant's menu is limited to mostly crepes and omlettes, but they are both fantastic and a fusion of the French crepe and Mexican tortilla dishes. It's clean and the wait and cook staff speak English.

Muy ben lugar, pero mucho ruido alrededor. Afortunadamente sí me cambiaron de habitación, buen servicio

No tenían tan limpio como comentaron me cobraron 600 pesos por noche de mi perrito, por que según hacían limpieza profunda y tenían cucarachas y garrapatas terminamos todos picoteados .!!

Tiene estacionamiento y está cerca del centro

Todo bien, solo los blancos no me gustaron
